First floor (elevated) - Bedrooms #3, #4, #5.
Suite #3 has King bed with en suite bathroom, TV and desk workspace
Bedroom #4 has Queen bed with balcony
Bedroom #5 sleeps 3+ with full size bunk beds with twin trundle bed. Manufacturer Weight limit on each bunk is posted at 165lbs. Perfect for children.
Hallway has full bathroom with bathtub; Washer/dryer in hallway closet.
Second Floor- Bedrooms #1 & #2
Suite #1 has King bed and double luxury waterfall showers with massage jets. 2 pack-n-plays for babies located in closet.
Suite #2 has King bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and balcony.
Third Floor- Spacious, open concept living/dining/kitchen area with half bathroom and balcony. Dining table seats 8 and kitchen island seats 4. Spacious wet bar/beverage station with Keurig, wine cooler, everything you need to mix drinks. Access the Rooftop Terrace with ocean views from balcony staircase. Brand new living room furniture with plenty of room for guests to dine & gather together.

Covered parking space under house for 2 cars with additional space on driveway for 3 cars.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire townhouse (unit 1). Elevator on street level to all 3 stories; driveway including covered parking; small unfenced backyard. Please note: there is no street parking allowed in the neighborhood.
