The main bedroom is spacious with its own garden tub, walk-in shower, double vanities, and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, tv and bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. The large balcony overlooks the amazing pool and has clear views of the gulf coast. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are included with the unit. The resort has a heated lagoon style swimming pool, kiddie pool with splash zone area, two (2) hot tubs, arcade game room, store, food court (with bar), beach access (with ramp) and a store with basic essentials. There is garage parking with 24-hour onsite security. The resort is within walking distance of restaurants and nightlife. We have vacationed in PCB every year the last 15 years and this may have been the best place to stay. The security guards were very nice when we arrived and gave us some simple instructions on parking. The elevators were fast. We never had to wait. When we entered the condo it was exactly as described. It actually had more than we expected. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The beds were great. The view is spectacular. The owner responds quickly however we only contacted him once upon departure because we had everything we needed the entire time. You will not be disappointed booking this condo!!!!

This was our first time staying in PCB. This property exceeded all of our expectations. The check in process was so easy and we got to check in 3 hours early since the room was cleaned and ready. The pool security guards are a little much but all in all we had a good time. We would recommend staying here, close to town but also far enough that the beach isn’t crowded.

We absolutely loved this condo! We love the layout of the rooms, the decor is nice, the furniture and mattresses are comfortable. I can’t say enough about the location. Got us personally it’s close to all of our favorite places in PCB. Jared was always so helpful and friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. We would stay here again for sure!!

The condo was great! Clean, spacious, with an amazing view from living room and master bedroom. The pool area was lots of fun with a bar/food and icecream shop on the property. You can also have pizza delivered to your room. Making dinner a breeze when you have small children. The Beach access was amazing! Walk right on to the beach from the pool area. Check in with security and parking was easy. Lock pad for door was easy to use and secure. The host was easy to communicate with, if needed, right through VRBO app. My family of 5 enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

We were so pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the condo! The furniture and beds were in good shape, there was a full size washer and dryer (instead of the small apartment size stackable most places offer). Boardwalk staff were all courteous and helpful. But my interactions with Jerod were superb! He was quick to respond to all communications, he was incredibly easy to work with, and he made booking, check-in and everything in between easy and smooth. I would highly recommend this rental.

My cousins and I had a short 4 night/5 day girls trip to Panama City Beach and had an amazing time! This was my first time ever using VRBO too and I had a very pleasant experience. Jerod, the owner, was very helpful and kind. He responded promptly to any question I had and was easy to contact. The condo was awesome and had the most beautiful view. You didn’t even need to leave your bed as the Master bedroom was ceiling to floor windows which made the view breathtaking. It could have been very romantic if my hubby had been there. The kitchen was very well equipped and we did not need anything at all. It even had an ice machine in the freezer which was very convenient! I will define booking another trip to this condo in the future. We were wet pleased with our stay!

I’m self employed and I don’t get to unplug enough! I began during Covid visiting the Boardwalk with family due to the fact I was forced not to work ! It became my haven for peace! I love the beach but the total quiet, clean, family oriented environment at the Boardwalk has me returning every year. My hostess was amazing, he even checked on me during and after my stay. Can’t say enough great about the Boardwalk.

Such a wonderful stay. All the comforts of home. Close to all the fun but far enough for a relaxing day at the beach. Great food at the on-site restaurant. Excellent communication with the property owner! Would stay again over and over.

Three teachers came for a relaxing spring break and to watch some baseball games for my son. We had amazing communication right from the beginning. William let us know of things to do and some nearby restaurants, as well as a change in the parking for our stay. The condo was amazing and well stocked with everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed being able to have coffee on the balcony each day and watch the dolphins and manatees. Everyone at the Boardwalk was so friendly and helpful. We loved how easy it was to access the beach, pool and bar/restaurant. This was the perfect place for us to get some well deserved rest and just take in the beauty of the ocean. We loved that this part of the beach wasn't as crowded. We would definitley return for another stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful place. From the moment we walked into our room we were very impressed. The kids loved every minute of their stay from the pool to beach and our view from the balcony was amazing. I loved the big glass windows and view right from our room. We will definitely be going back.

The condo is beautiful and so conveniently located. The owner was a jem, very helpful and kind. We exchanged photographs of our current views from and i must say he also had a wonderfully place in North Georgia mountains. We will be returning soon.

We enjoyed our time at PCB. Property was perfect for us having a teenage child. Easy access to everything. Great communication with owner and was happy to take care of anything. Down fall to this property is security guards, they are inconsistent and very demanding. We made sure to have our armbands for the pool but didn’t want the tan line ring on our arms. Some security guards were happy as long as we showed them when asked and others (actually only one) demanded you actually wear it. Not a deal breaker but if this is your first time to PCB seems to be the thing that rentals only give a limited supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. We had 1 rol paper towels, 2 and 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 baths and 2 trash bags. So you will need to plan for a store trip if you fly in

William has a beautiful condo. The check in process was the best we have had. William called us on our way down to let us know that the TV in the living room was not working. I was a little bummed at first because it was my daughters birthday, however, shortly after we arrived at the condo, my husband was able to fix the TV. When we arrived it seemed there was a mix up with the cleaning crew. The condo hadn't been finished being cleaned, and overall, could use a good cleaning in every room, but that didn't stop us from having a great time! William was an amazing host and I would recommend him to anyone!

The place and owners were great. There was an extra charge for the parking of the second vehicle and it was higher than what we were told, but the owners honored the price he had told us and sent us the difference the Boardwalk charged us. The place was very clean it was nice to have a washer and dryer (just bring extra detergent as we did). Great family trip!

This unit was beautiful! It was very spacious for our group of 6. The condo is in a great location. We enjoyed the beach before the dense fog set in. The unit manager was very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely use his property again.

William was very responsive. We had a little trouble finding the code to get in and he was immediately available (it was my fault not his). The unit was clean overall. Beds were comfortable. Security was quick to respond to loud guests next door. Overall good stay for a quick overnight.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. Bill called several times before and during our stay to make sure everything was accurate. This condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will be returning with our family. We have always stayed at Boardwalk in various condos but will be staying in Condo 1010 from now on! By far our favorite! It’s nice to have someone like Bill to speak with when booking your condo. I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful view!!! Condo was really clean and very nice. Lots of room. We saw lots of dolphins from the balcony. It was so beautiful. The owner of the property was great and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be staying again.
