Really like staying there

Decent facilities. Odd staff

This is an excellent place to stay in the Crosslake area. The fan in the bathroom didn't work so the mirror remained foggy and everything seemed a bit wet. The outlets beside the bed are controlled by the wall switch at the bedroom door. This meant that every time we left the room and instinctively turned off the light switch, the bedside clock was turned off and had to be reset.

Super clean and very friendly staff

Room very clean. AC didn’t work but window opened

Got a couple dollars off for a near by restaurant for breakfast. The place had about 40 minute wait to be seated. Needless to say, didn’t eat there.

The bed was very hard so I did not get a good nights sleep. The hotel and our room/bathroom was very clean.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the area

Liked the spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bed and overall facility/lodge. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly.
The only recommendation we have is to include the hours of the inhouse restaurant on the $2 discount coupons. We didn't realize the restaurant closed at 2 pm.

Quiet and peaceful place.

Overall, a nice place. Very clean. I have two complaints: 1 - They list black out blinds but the top and bottom still let in a lot of light (see photo). 2 - The towels are incredibly small and thin. I would expect that from a place that charges $100 a night, not when I pay $170 a night.

We booked a King Suite based on the site pictures. Because of my disability I need to sleep on a couch. We requested 1st floor because my husband also has a disability. I have a service dog. They messaged back via booking app to say they could accommodate the 1st floor request. Upon check-in we discovered we were in a 2 bed room w/no couch. I went back to the front desk to explain what we booked and why. She stated they didnt have a "dog" King Suite. I stated this will not work for me. She tried to contact a manager. Not sure if she recieved a response. I asked why I wasnt informed of a room change or why the site did not state there would be a potential change due to a service dog and she stated they do not control Hotels.com. She ended up rearranging the room to put a roll-a-bed up against the wall to "build" me a couch with several pillows. We booked a 2 night stay. The 1st night wasnt terrible. The second night I had to add 4 extra pillows to get the L shape I need to wedge my hernias so I dont flip onto them when I sleep. I slept maybe 3hrs. To top the trip off their Coffee Machine was broke. He offered a coupon for the resturant across the parking lot but at that point I just wanted to start the drive home. Word of advice if you need special accommodations ask a lot of questions up front and not assume the booking site is accurate. Offda.

The rooms were very clean, the pool and hot tub were awesome. The front desk staff were snooty like they were a fancy hotel, which it is not. They even made me put down the name of the person I was travelling with. The pillows in the room had security tags. But all in all it was nice so just ignore the snooty staff and enjoy a good stay.

Very clean, nice affordable hotel in the Cuyuna mountain bike area. Hotel was impeccably maintained. No elevator, but didn't need one. Restaurants next door for breakfast and was given a coupon for breakfast discount. Easy parking, great climate control in rooms. Will definitely stay again.

Great experience, beds comfortable, big rooms, clean and with cabin feel. We will be back.

The property was clean, good value, friendly staff, served its purpose.
We didnt get the opportunity to use the pool so no feedback on that.
The decor was a little dated but thats just aesthetics. Might be time to change the carpeting. We were very comfortable there to sleep, the main goal of our stay. The window A/C worked perfectly and kept the room at a perfect temp. I would stay again and my 13 yr old agrees. Great mini golf nearby.
They provide a $2 off coupon for the restaurant next door for breakfast or lunch. Great diner-style selection.

We had called to ask a question about the hotel. They knew what date we were coming but did not tell us the pool and hot tub would be out of commission. Also the room we were in was a handicapped suite and it definitely was not!. No bars in tub. Very low toilet.
The receptionist was short and rude when we asked simple questions. The one good thing is theybdid give us a discount because pool was not open. Would not stay again

Went well. The tv was too small. Most rooms I stayed at had at least 42 inches. This was lucky to be 32. Also room had a strange smell when first entered but it cleared up after running ac.

The hotel was clean and had coffee 24 hours a day. Had 3 tables outside for seating and 1 charcoal rack to cook on outside but wish they had a spot for a camp fire.
Parking, Not a lot of parking for a truck and a boat.

Our room was very clean. The facility was quiet so our rest was not disturbed and the staff was extremely kind and helpful.
