Fireplace was out of order in our room. Older hotel but nice. Not all balcony rooms come with view. Excellent hot tub and pool. Overall a good stay.

Overall, our stay was really good.
All the staff at the hotel were amazing and everyone made every interaction seem perfect. The hotel is inviting with a great location next to all the shopping, food, and right on the beach! Parking was free with plenty of spots. Property is service animal and pet friendly, which we loved for our service dog. We had a double queen suit with kitchen, balcony and ocean view. I’d have to say that the room was dated throughout, which made the price per night feel higher than I believed it was worth. There was only one small hook/spot to hang a small towel on. Bathroom was so small and outdated, it gave me childhood family vacation motel vibes. Bed was actually very comfy and the fireplace made the room super cozy. The stove and other kitchen appliances were pretty dang old and we couldn’t read the settings on the stove because they were so worn down (we thought it was broken). I understand the property is going through renovations and repairs, but it just seems the price we paid should have been for a fully renovated new room. With all of that said…
I would certainly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you can look past the negative things I mentioned. We really liked the duration of our stay. Everything was accommodating enough for when we were using the hotel/room. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again!

Amazing view, wonderful staff. Stayed for 4 days and had a great time. Property is old and could use a little refreshing, but I was very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Amazing and friendly staff, but the place needs a serious remodel, plus nearly 30 dollars a night for a pet??? That is absurd! Price should be lower considering the condition of the property.

We were excited to stay here because it was under new management but it’s still the same rundown place.
Families got stuck in both elevators while we were checking in.
The pictures of our balcony online were NOT what we got. The picture online was beautiful; you could see the boardwalk and the beach. What we got was the roof and maintenance view; my kids couldn’t even see the beach. The front desk said, “Yeah, we have been trying to get third-party sites to update the photos.”
Our room was so hot at night that we had a hard time sleeping. Had we not been in a room with a roof connecting all the rooms, we would have slept with the balcony door open, which was our plan before arriving. Listening to the ocean when you sleep is always a must for us when we visit the coast.
We live very busy lives, I wanted to come to the coast to do some relaxing and watching the ocean. I could not sit and relax and see the ocean, beach, and boardwalk like the pictures online showed.
Our sink did not drain well.
The pool was so cloudy you can barely see the bottom of it.
Our bathtub drain was broken so the kids couldn’t take a bath.
The water in the hot tub was low.
I selected to have my card run at check-in. My card was ran first thing in the morning of the day we were traveling.
If the payment is really due the morning you are supposed to check in then offering it for payment due at check in is false advertising.

The room was large and comfy. The view of the ocean was spectacular and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. The staff was thoughtful and professional. We even received a text about being more cautious on the beach during King Tide. Loved it!

We stayed 10/11-10/13 and had a great time. The staff was all super friendly and trying to be helpful. We made a couple requests and they executed with no issues. The pool was a little cold at first and they were able to turn it up. We were able to get late checkout. The place does need updating that they are working on and they have already made lots of improvement. We stayed earlier this year and it was a disaster. Our room was very clean. Everything was open. We did get stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes but thankfully it was only 15 minutes.

First meet. Asked if I could get in early. It was a know,and might not even get you in at 4:00. She explained very busy. I said I understood. She did not look me up or anything. Little more to it. But maybe I set her off some how.
I said to my wife maybe you can go back in and see if you can get a car pass,cense the parking lot is clear. So we could just walk around,and not have to move car.
She was short with me,so curious how this would go.
She came back smiling. But with no pass.
I said how did it go. She was so nice to me.
I said how the conversation go. I just told her I'm here early,and wondering if we could get a car pass while room was getting done.
Now for the kicker. She says to my wife. Let me look you up and see if I can get you in early. Just five min. Before the gal didn't even ask my name.
We just laughed about it. I had fun telling the story the next day to of the workers.
The girls laughed and even new who it was.

The window had no screen but had imbedded wire in the glass. The window frame was dirty. The view was totally limited. Because the window did not open or close and we are elderly (77 and 92) we asked to cancel the reservation. After some discussion, the man on the front desk called us and told us he would cancel the reservation. We did not get reimbursed despite my calling multiple times to the hotel and twice to hotels.com. The expedia rep called the hotel when I requested a reimbursement and he said that the hotel claimed that I checked out two days later. I never moved into the room and went home immediately after leaving the hotel. I called to the hotel, again, and was told that they remember me leaving but that "Neil checked out two days later". Simply NOT TRUE. We are still waiting for the money! Hotel is not nice, staff is not helpful and I would advise you avoid it at all costs!

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area with the perfect view of the oceanfront. We were able to walk to nearby stores, restaurants, sites, and beach entrance. This hotel is a little rundown, could use a little renovation. Bathroom had inadequate lightening, but overall our stay was pleasant.

Noisiest hotel ever- worse than the cheap motels we've stayed in the past. Could hear neighbors clearly, the maid blasted music while cleaning rooms nearby, and power washing all day outside.
