It was awful. Bed sheet had blood stains. Told front desk and they didn’t do anything about it.

From the moment of checking in, when I was barely acknowledged or welcomed, to when I checked out, one of the worst hotel experiences. I should have known from spotting two monitors with a multitude of security cameras at the front desk that something was amiss with this Quality Inn. The hallways and room were filthy and the room had an unusual amount of damage and conditions issues. We decided not to do the free breakfast due to the condition of the room. Towels and bedding appeared to be clean. Bathroom was not.

Recently stayed two nights while in the area for Six Flags. My visit went well, there were no issues, the room was clean, and I had requested a specific room, as I also stayed in August, and got it, even with it being a fully booked Saturday! They also let me check out an hour late at 12pm on Monday!
Staff I engaged with were friendly at the desk, not so much at breakfast. Sunday morning breakfast lady locked the door to enter at 9:53 and my friend was in the bathroom and I had to let him in. Monday, the man was sitting around waiting for breakfast time to end, some people came in just before 9am, and at 9am sharp, he began clearing everything, was slamming things around, and seemed angry/annoyed.
Breakfast itself was fine, lots of options, eggs and sausage were tasty, as were the waffles. Juices first day were watered down/running low but better Monday morning.
My room was great, comfortable beds, 4 pillows each (queen) bed, room was clean, but the same small problems from my last stay continued. The tall lamp has to be plugged into wall to turn on/off, bathroom seems dark in shower, and there is no luggage rack, room 521.
For dining, we went to the Tokyo restaurant next door that was great, and the Wood N Tap for dinner the other night, just down the street, that was wonderful!
I'll stay again when back in area for Six Flags, always stay here, it is a good value and comfortable/spacious rooms! Nice to see it Sold out on Saturday yet still quiet.

When I checked in, I was given a key to a room that was already occupied. The front desk lied and said they contacted my wife but she did go on this trip and was not listed on the reservation. The room that I was given had roaches. I went to CVS to buy cleaning products and cleaned the bathroom and desk area. It was very loud, I could hear people in the room next to me and I kept waking up because it sounded like someone was trying to open my door. I was in town because I was officiating a college football game. I did not sleep well and left at the crack of dawn. I would never recommend this hotel. And I will never stay at this “Quality Inn” or any other “Quality Inn”
Horrible!!

I like to swim when I stay and this hotel said it had an indoor pool, but it didn't say it doesn't heat it. The water was 60 degrees and though it was open till 10 pm the lights were never turned on.

Couldn’t stay at hotel because the rooms were disgusting ! One smelled like vomit, other had ants the other had food in it from a previous tenant. When brought up with the front desk they were annoyed and didn’t want to get a clean room or help. They were very dismissive. Went to get a refund because literally didn’t stay there and the manager denied it using the reason we book the wrong room. Which isn’t true and bas nothing to do with anything. Especially since it was disgusting. Don’t ever stay here!

The hotel itself was very rundown. It smelled of mold. The room was disgustingly dirty. There looked to be blood on one of the walls in the bathroom. There is mold in the shower smelled in the room curtains had stuff all over them. Not sure what it actually was not sure if I want to know either. The beds were comfortable were comfortable. The sheets appeared clean, but I did not get a good nights sleep because I was kind of grossed out. The hotel is reasonably price and that is why we chose to stay there and it didn’t have horrible reviews, but I would never go back.

The main hallways were dirty, worn and not well kept up. The room faced the highway and was noisy, however was clean and comfortable despite the electrical system for the bedside light and clock radio did not work right.

Property was just 20 min away from six flags and very convenient. Crumble cookies etc

The lobby was not exactly as pictured. Definitely not as nice as pictures showed. The elevator was tiny. When we finally got to our room we turned on the light and walked out of the room within minutes. There was black mold all over the ceiling. The room was awful. Anything that was wood had words or scratches carved in it. We checked in and were checked out within a half hour looking for a new hotel. Gross.

I stay here a couple of times a year when visiting Six Flags New England which is ~10 minutes away. I love the Tokyo restaurant next door and always dine there when staying here as it is convenient and the food is delicious!
The only thing I don't like is this hotel has a few too many rules/signs, like "Don't pick the flowers" and a new one this visit that you can't bring food from breakfast area back to your room. I usually don't do that and the breakfast area has plenty of seating but odd to ban that. A woman brought some cats to the breakfast room so that was an interesting experience, luckily I am not allergic.
Check in took a bit as the touchscreen didn't work, so I had to sign a paper instead, but staff was friendly, and in morning, a friendly older gentlemen let me extend my check out from 11am to noon, which was greatly appreciated!
I believe I had room 521, they honored my request for a top floor room, towards the back (more quiet) and I only occasionally heard neighbors and not too late into the night. The room was in good condition, only desk drawers were misaligned, and a lamp had to be unplugged to turn off, but otherwise everything was fine. The shower was dark and I think a light on ceiling was missing.
Beds were comfortable, one had a stain on sheet, but otherwise was fine, AC was off on arrival but quickly cooled the room. Breakfast was good, eggs and sausage were tasty, as was the strawberry waffle.
I recommend this hotel to others and will return!

Overall - the stay was all right. We didnt have a totally restful night as the bed was stiff and there were various kids running up and down the hallways yelling all night. Breakfast was decent and plentiful - HOWEVER THEY WILL NOT DISCLOSE THE FOLLOWING, beware that part of this property is dedicated to a "rehabilitation program" (aka halfway house) this was confirmed by locals who worked in neighboring stores as well as 2 police cars escorting people into the property with what looked like all their belongings. They will absolutely not disclose this to you at the front desk. All that aside, friendly staff and our room had an updated bathroom - which was nice

Pet area unsatisfactory. Excluded floor one because it was used as halfway house for recently released incarnated individuals.

This hotel is housing people long term. It is dirty, feels unsafe, run!
6.0 / 10.0
Our recent stay at presented a mix of positive and negative experiences. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked efficiently, and the in-room amenities of a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge were convenient.
However, there were several areas where the inn fell short. The breakfast options were disappointing, particularly with a malfunctioning waffle maker. The pool area lighting was inadequate, and access was inconvenient. The bedroom lighting controls were confusing, and the room itself showed signs of wear and tear with a damaged tissue box and rusty shower door.
While we appreciated the in-room amenities, the lack of card payment options for vending machines was an inconvenience. We believe these issues could be easily addressed to improve the overall guest experience.
