I was greeted by Tim the doorman, who was welcoming and then had a nice interaction with Chris at the counter. the restaurant, Urban Farmer was excellent. I'll definitely stay there again.

Stay was ok. Carpet in hallways need replacing. $69.00 to park a car is ridiculous.
Bad area was to small to accommodate our group

Stayed at the hotel this past weekend for the Philadelphia marathon and the hotel was totally underprepared/understaffed, despite this being an annual event since the hotel opened. The room was very underwhelming - severely outdated fixtures (old fashioned light switches, tv remote that didn’t work) including a shower curtain (eww). The worst part about our stay was that we never got housekeeping service during our two day stay, and didn’t get any explanation, apology, or offer to refund us the estimated value of the housekeeping service at any point during our stay. We had to ask for more towels and it took hours for them to be delivered. The line at the front desk was perpetually 10+ people deep. I recommend the hotel require a minimum 3 day stay in the future for marathon weekend and also staff up to handle the high occupancy. What a mess

Booked ahead for 4 people and upgraded to a suite with pullout couch. Couch was filthy and had to request linens for said couch and enough towels 3 times. Balcony (also extra) was similarly dirty.

I keep returning to this hotel based on its quality and character, outstanding location, and general comfort. It's a classic urban hotel, efficiently run, well-kept, with large, comfortable rooms

Loved the hotel, but a few issues. Wild that you don’t offer free wifi. Need more outlets near room mirror so 2 women can get ready at the same time. Otherwise great.

There were a number of weddings at the hotel this weekend and they seemed to be under prepared for the onslaught of guests. Housekeeping did not leave towels in our room which I did not realize until I was undressed and stepping into the shower. When they made up the room, they did not empty the trash. There were guests returning to the property from the weddings at 11:35pm and the bartender was instructed to close the bar at 11:30pm. Guests were up in arms over that as the bartender was closing up but not able to serve. He turned away a number of customers who tried to get into the rooftop bar, Assemby; however, they were turned away because the place was already full. Urban Farmer was also closed. If they know they have late weddings, they should make provisions to accommodate their guests. I am sorry to say that we were disappointed this time with the level of service.

This is a very, very nice hotel in a great location -- ideal combination of character and comfort. Rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the bathrooms are modern. It is located near downtown but in a quieter location next to Logan Square.

Hotel common areas were great ... room was pretty ok. The room could have had a better mattress and the towels could have been less economy.

I've stayed here a few times for its location. This time it just wasn't as clean. It actually seemed like maybe no one had stayed in that room for quite a while. The small refrigerator was broken with mold inside, so they brought a smaller one that was missing the shelving. There was also a hint of a cat pee smell throughout the room. I was only given 2 washcloths for a 5 day stay. When I ran out, I asked 2 of the cleaning people in the hallway for new ones but they didn't have any either. Disappointed in the stay especially for the price I paid.

the logan is a very nice hotel but in my opinion very over rated. My room wasnt avalible when i arrived so they put me in a different room that was occupied. so we were given another room on a different floor. i originally booked a room with a parkway view of the fountain but i was given a room with the view of a rock rooftop. bummer!! the tv kept going in and out and not all channels were avalible. i only stayed 1 night.

I booked reservations months. I advanced for king bed only to arrive and to be told doubled beds are only available because there is a house keeping issue with linen. In excusable and no comp was given including paying valet smh

Property was beautiful.
Front desk was condescending. Was told we needed to take a room with a smaller bed because the hotel was overbooked and blamed Expedia.
Was told that my credit card that I used to pay for the room was declined and that i would need to pay the hotel. I clearly had a paid receipt and pulled up the payment on my mobile app.
Did not get the breakfast we added on, safe didn't work, found a used toothbrush from another guest on the floor near the wastebasket.

Let me say this, awesome location . But the hotel, price didn’t meet the quality standards. The television is outdated. Dirty walls in the room, horrible air circulation and over pricing everything! My family and I tried Urban Farmer. Food was mediocre! Nasty Mac and cheese, dry cornbread the restaurant was very stingy with, over cooked steak and a bill over $250. We tried the spa, very nice experience. The breakfast was ok! Mediocre again. Best thing on the menu, French toast cost $28 or more per order. Valet parking was expensive but for center city Philadelphia, I’d say lt was ok. My family and I checked out early , we felt very uncomfortable and wanted to get home to our own beds. My kids loved the indoor pool. I would rate my entire experience two stars

The Logan is a crisp, corporate hotel that still feels not too stuffy. I loved all the lounge areas and outside grounds.
