Shockingly nice hotel. The rooms are newly updated and very modern and nice having the balcony is a very nice touch. Front desk manager was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Truly goes above and beyond.

It was a nice quiet place to stay for a few days while taking care of some personal matters in the area. Its clearly an aging property but with that said I thought it was great. It was clean and fit my budget, it had a patio which made it convenient to smoke. I have no complaints and would/will definitely stay again!

This hotel is in serious need of an update. Torn, stained, and lumpy carpet, awful looking tile ceilings with small missing sections, fluorescent ceiling lights that flicker, very small shower stall - and this was all in a "suite" we were "upgraded" to because our room was unavailable. The bed had a huge sunken spot in it as well. Also, we were in room 301 and couldn't find a third floor. There wasn't one! 301 is on the 2nd floor!?!? Also, no elevator!

Subject: Request for Refund Due to Misleading Amenity Information
Dear Customer Service Team,
I recently stayed at [days inn wyndham ann arbor], which I booked through Hotels.com, primarily due to the advertised amenities—specifically the jacuzzi and pool. Although this motel was a 30 km drive from our intended destination, I chose it because my wife was looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long work week, and my kids were eager to swim.
However, upon arrival at 8 pm, I was informed by the front desk that there was no jacuzzi. Additionally, the pool was located in a separate building, requiring us to walk outside in the cold to access it. This setup was not communicated in advance and was highly disappointing for my family, leading to a stressful stay rather than the relaxing experience we had anticipated.
Given the inconvenience, unexpected travel distance, and additional gas expenses, I kindly request a partial refund to reflect the lack of promised amenities. I trust that Hotels.com values customer satisfaction and transparency, and I look forward to a prompt resolution.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Majid Guessous

Low-budget hotel that met expectations at that price level. Room was adequate; clean and as described. Breakfast was simple - coffee, juice, packaged pasteries, bagles to toast. Walls were thin, so it was a bit noisy.

Hotel was awful!! Very dirty. TV and phone in room did not work. Called from cell phone for maintenance and they never showed up. Stains on lamp shade and walls. Dirt all over. A pay by the hour hotel may have been cleaner.

My first room was filthy. Water leak into the bedroom by the bed. I then found a pair of underwear in the bathroom that did not belong to me. The TV didnt work. There were stains on the sheets and towels. The shampoo and conditioner pumps had mold coming out with the soap. I switched rooms and the only improvement was the tv worked. The beds were rock hard and pillows were small square ones.

This property is not in good shape. It feels rundown, the carpet is musty and our room had multiple holes in the wall and artwork. The tv didn’t work and the sink in the bathroom leaked.

We ended up not staying. We checked into the room, saw how dirty it was, and immediately informed the front desk that we weren’t staying. Stains all over the carpet, dirty sock under the bed, dirty walls, sliding glass door that didn’t lock, fuzz balls and debris on hard floors, fridge that wouldn’t open properly, no blankets on beds, run down….

Awful Hotel. Terrible terrible condition. Bathroom disgusting, moldy and literally falling apart. Carpets dirty and soiled, Stains on ceilings, walls, furniture. Mold and peculiar odors. Bad lighting, dark hallways. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels worldwide and this may have been the worst. Staff was friendly and even gave us a new room, unfortunately it was worse than the original room.
Hotel needs a total renovation.
Wyndham should be ashamed and I personally guarantee the CEO WOULD NEVER STAY THERE!

Horrible. The first room I checked into smelled stale. There were holes in the screens to the porch. The lock was broken. The toilet was dirty and stained with fecal matter on the inside, and there was hair everywhere in the tub and on the shower wall. I requested to switch rooms and the room I moved into was equally terrible. The blankets had stains that were crusty. There was a hole in the wall next to the ceiling that looked like it had been repaired with mesh and concrete and toilet paper and the door was not hung appropriately on the hinges, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash leaked into the tub and all over the floor, but the worst part Was when we squirted the shampoo into our hands bugs came out, which is when we asked to check out and for a refund. The person at the front desk said it was their first day wrote down all of my complaints and told me I would have no problem , a refund by calling the next day at 11 and asking for Eric the manager. When I followed up the next day with a call, the manager indicated that he was looking into my claims but could offer no refunds and would call me back the next day. Horrible Horrible establishment. With ridiculous management. I will say the two staff members who handled my complaints were lovely but could assist me with a refund but said they didn’t blame me for not wanting to stay also it was typically $70 to stay here for the night, but that particular night with a university of Michigan game in the area, it was $200

Not sure where to start. Went for a UM football game in September 2024.
Picture on thumbnail was actually the hotel next door. Cable didn't work. Internet was terrible. Door wouldn't lock. Shower wouldn't drain. AC didn't cool and leaked water all over the carpet.

The room was absolutely disgusting, we only stayed 1 night and go out as soon as we could check into the new hotel the next morning. No hot water, room was dirty, TV didn't work, we ended up sleeping in our clothes because we were afraid to get in the bed.
My wife was crying so much she ended up laughing

This hotel is old and outdated. The carpets look dirty and there is a musty smell throughout the place. This hotel needs a lot of TLC. The sink was always backing up and there were no toiletries in the shower. All we got was a tiny soap bar. The toilet paper holder was broken and the TV did not work. Bugs were also crawling in the bathroom. I would not recommend you stay here. I know I will never come back to this hotel.

I recently stayed at Days Inn, and it was an absolutely dreadful experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here.
The room was filthy—there were stains on the carpet, grime on the walls, and a thick layer of dust on the furniture. The bathroom was the worst part: mold in the shower, a dirty toilet, and a sink that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages.
No blanket at all.
For the price I paid, I expected at least a basic level of cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, Days inn failed on both fronts. I would strongly advise against staying here and recommend looking for other accommodations where hygiene and guest satisfaction are taken seriously.

Surprisingly comfortable bed. Convenient to UMICH and the stadium. Maybe not the cleanest place in the world. In the room and around the property. I had to sign a waiver stating I would not smoke. No problem, I am not a smoker. What about the 1000 people in there before I arrived that sparked up?
