Lovely welcome with an extremely polite receptionist who showed me to my room. Clean and seemingly brand new bathroom and great comfortable bed with soft sheets. Lovely breakfast too.

Was a great place to wind down from a crazy busy few days in Venice. Hotel is in great shape, clean and the free buffet breakfast offered both hot and cold options. My only suggestion, not a complaint, is to stay on higher floors if facing the street. We were on 2nd floor and could hear the loud traffic, even though windows were closed.

Excellent location with bus stops nearby.
Staff very helpful and friendly. We had a room with a balcony which was at the side of the hotel, but still had a view of the sea. Good choice of food for breakfast- hot and cold. Rented bikes for a day from the hotel at a reasonable price.
Would definitely stay here again and would advise anyone going to Venice to stay on the Lido and stay here. Best of both worlds!

We trid to upgrade the room to include a balcony. We were only able to get the upgraded room for 3 of the 4 nights. Tbe other night we got a handycap room, but at a surcharge of 180 euros over the basic room price. The room was not co venient and not nearly worth the extra cost.

When in Venice Lido is the better choice compared to the city. Tranquil but still well connected via e.g., Vaporettos.
Hotel Petit Palais proved to be a good choice for staying a couple of nights before leaving on a cruise.
The service of the front desk was exceptionally good. To this add the location and the itself then you have a good choice of a hotel

Everything was perfect. Large room and, bathroom with a spacious shower.
My only suggestion would be to add a dresser with drawers (or equivalent space) to put away clothes for clients who are staying more than a night or two and like to unpack.

The room was pretty much as the pictures presented
The minibar had only water (the menu was bigger)
No slippers or bathrobes (you would expect that at 4 stars)
The WORST PART is that we came in October and the nights were pretty cold and there was no heat.
the staff was great though

Great trip and enjoyed being on the lido for second trip to venice. Nice to escape the crowds. Transport options are ecellebt from this hotel with buses running every 10 minutes and water buses very regular too. The hotel front is a seperately owned beach and the beds are expensive 70 euros per day so we walked to the free beach approx 10 mins away. Also if you buy a touriat ticket its 20euro per day for unlimited bus and boat however its cheaper to buy a 2 day pass for 30 euro if you are staying for more than 1 day. Hotel staff were lovely and room was a very good size. Cleaning was not perfect however fresh towels brought each day and bed made which was a nice touch as sometimes this is not done elsewhere. Would definetly recommend stopping at tye hotel overall as good standard for the price.
