Charmigt litet hotell som behållit sin genuina stil med väldigt trevlig personal.

Good location, cozy place, nice staff.
The only bad thing is there is no soundproof even if someone talks quietly in the next room, you can hear that.

Very clean and cosy place.
Room bit too small for 3 people.

The area was well suited for local restaurants and bars. The public water taxis were within easy walking distance, too, and the airport water transfer 'alilaguna' from San marco to Lido easily accessible at the airport and lido. The room shower was great, it was a clean and comfortable room, the bed was very comfortable. The garden area was great, and i loved that you could eat breakfast outside. I loved the fact that it was a traditional villa, too. Very friendly atmosphere. We'd definitely stay again.
All round great stay but would suggest a little more variety at breakfast. Our stay was 1 week, and choices were the same. Great for a shorter stay, though.

i think staying on the Lido is great as it takes you away from the crowds. The Villa is close to the water bus stop.
I enjoyed having breakfast in the garden in the morning.
The room was cute and clean.
They forgot to clean our bedroom on the second day, we came back from our touring day and the bed wasn’t done nor the used towels replaced.

The room had no balcony

It is a cute little hotel with small rooms. The breakfast is served outside in the garden. The check-in time is nice as they wait up till 10pm.
The room was quite cold, the bathroom could use a touch up or maybe even a renovation. I don’t believe the AC worked (tried warming the room up).
The stay was a bit expensive, but maybe that is just because it is Venice and there is a lot of demand.
The breakfast could have fresher bread and croisants.

Nicole was extremely accommodating. The breakfast was good value and the room was clean and well-equipped.
Walls were quite thin so it was possible to hear the neighbours. However this didn’t affect our stay negatively.

Close to everything. The beach, the harbour and the town centre are just a few minutes walk. The staff was very helpful, they even did our laundry for a small amount of money.
The Aircon was not very strong, so I it was often very hot in the room. There were no mosquito net on the windows, so we couldn't open them at night. Make sure to ask for an extra pillow

Nice staff. Tamara was very kind. I felt like at home.

The lady that is managing the place was really nice and welcoming and made our stay pleasant eventually. Thank you!
The rooms need some renovation for sure. The AC was basically dripping the whole time and this was nothing new when looking at the marks on the floor beneath it.

The garden, clean
Breakfast; the fact that they wouldn’t allow safe storage of our luggage

NOTHING. This place is a rip off. You book it and when you arrive it is closed. Then you call the property and they will inform you that you have been reallocated. The reallocation is to a 2-star property away from the location of this property. There is no wifi there and there is barely any food for what they call breakfast. Be aware not to book this place to avoid any disappointments.

Near the beach
Breakfast served in rooms
No 24 hour reception. Had to notice code outside gate to open gate and door to property. Keys and instructions for breakfast on desk as you enter. Seemed like a hostel upon entering

NOTHING AT ALL!!!!!!
It should be advertised as a hostel not hotel!
