Dead mouse in sticky trap under the bed. The other people in our party had issues with thier room too. Thier door never unlocked unless with a master key from the front desk. It was never fixed. When i was first assigned a room I took my key to enter the room only to find it already occupied by another guest. They had no milk for breakfast the first morning and never set out fruit. The bathrooms also did not flush well. The remote in my roo was way under the bed, past two sticky mouse traps. Clearly renovations are being made, but too many things were out of place to recommend this location currently. One last thing. Hotels.com sent me an email for early registrstion to speed up check in. The property claimed they did not offer such service. I wasted 10 minutes checking in 2 rooms online. Simply an unprofessional hotel as it sits.

Used to be a smoking hotel so it wreaks of smoke. Friendly staff, a bit run down, planes land at the airport that is nearby and fly directly overhead every 5-10 minutes all night (apparently it's a hub for DHL courier flights) which is neat to watch, but bring earplugs if you want a good sleep.

the hotel looks pretty old un hygenic. our room and all the corridors are getting smoking smell. I would not suggest to stay there if you are travelling with a family. And I suggest Wyndham brand should pose some rules against standards.

Got to the room and tv didn’t work. Toilet flushed but ran forever. Beds too soft and noisy. Went to front desk and asked for another room. She didn’t even ask me why. Moved our things to the second room and tried the tv and still didn’t work. It froze every 10 seconds and it would stay frozen for up to 17 seconds. Staying here two nights with a kid and no working tv, no way. We left and never stayed. No one was at the front desk so I left both room cards. I emailed the hotel with why we left and never got a response. I would never recommend this hotel.

Staff members were very nice. But the place is infested with bugs! The first one was in the bed on my neck! I'm not sure what kind of bug it was; but, I told the front desk personnel. She did not seem surprised. Moved me to the opposite hallway, nicer room and bugs on the floor in that room.

I would definitely not recommend. Once I entered the room it had a strange smell I can't really describe it. The carpet was very old and ragged and their was roaches. This was not a very clean room at all and yes this was during the 1st night. I did continue to stay so to the very last minute of my trip and funds were limited. But I would definitely not stay here

The worst hotel I’ve been to. It was run down and nasty throughout the hotel. I killed a roach that was crawling on the wall in my room. I was not comfortable there at all. I left early and was told by the woman at the desk that she couldn’t check me out at that time. She was too busy on her cell phone to do her job. I left anyway I couldn’t stay any longer.

The room had mouse droppings in the bathroom, my daughter got her hand stuck to a mouse trap, the beds had signs of bedbugs, there was stains on her covers and cigarette burns. She wouldn’t even sleep with the cover I had to switch her. I was promised a late check out and when I got there, they said no. Won’t be back.

First thing I did when I entered the room, I used the bathroom. I killed a small roach. Layer, i killed 2 more smalker bugs! Later there were a couple more. I gilled out the info on an email i was sent from the front desk. No response. Next day, i killed another roack on the wall next to the bed. When we left, i told them to soray that room!

Dirty cheap hotel. No up-keep. Bathroom door does not physically shut, front door you can see light through it and no security lock at all. At 4am you could hear everything going on around you. On top of all this the smoke alarm started beeping every 30 seconds or so. Not a great stay or night of sleep. Won’t be back , oh and no towels in entire room so even if I wanted to take a shower I could not. Never again

Desk manager at checkin was lovely but the property is in poor state. Room door was open when we arrived, toilet wouldn't flush and only 1 set of towels for multiple occupants. (Desk manager resolved thses issues promptly). Broken furniture with exposed nails outside our door, the hall smelled of smoke and damp. Woke up in the middle of night and when light turned on, tiny roaches were everywhere! Couldn't leave fast enough.

Did not end up staying at this property. The hallway and elevator smelled of smoke and marijuana . Even though it says it’s non-smoking. There are holes in the walls. There was debris on the floor as if it hadn’t been vacuumed plus multiple stains on the carpet. There were stains along the walls and the mini fridge was covered in grime and fingerprints. The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned. I went to the receptionist and she was nice enough. She agreed to let us switch rooms. When I returned to the room to grab my belongings cockroaches skittered about and one crawled up the side of the bed. Then I was done. I am waiting for a refund as the receptionist said there’s nothing she could do.

Initial room disgusting. Pillows dirty, bed not made. No refrigerator or microwave. Looked like it was removed. Baseboard torn off about 18 inches worth. Canned goods stored on a shelf. Moved to another room and cable signal was awful. Couldn't watch any college or NFL games and excuse given was the airplanes cause inconsistent signal. We never had any for 3 days. Absolutely horrible.

The room was funky smell really bad, could not breathe, rest on the window sill with window open all night for fresh air in order to breathe, temp was 60 plus so got a cold after resting next to open window, could not sleep. Changed room the next night. Door could not close, maintenance said to put a chair behind it, we said no, he temporarily fixed it and said it was broken for months. Rug in hallway smelt really bad. On the bright side continental breakfast and airport shuttle service is a plus.

Sorry to say.... the room my husband and I stayed was horrible experience. Bugs crawled around, mostly on bathroom floor where there were a few large cracks and broken tiles. Not safe! Tiolet loose Ants around the microwave area. Water drained slow in bathroom sink When in shower, we felt the cracklings on the bottom of bathtub. Smelt like some smoked in the room
