It was ok - but I booked in a rush and did not realise how far out of town it was and it was not the easiest place to find. There is no metro or tram nearby so unless you invest time looking at buses it was a 30 walk into town, 40 mins to Grand Place. I stayed 6 nights but there was no oven (only hobs and microwave) and they only leave you one towel and a hand towel for the stay. I had to call up to get fresh towels and they did change them but why not at least give you enough for stay on check in. The place had seen better days and is badly in need of tarting up for instance a tile in the bathroom was loose. Everything functional but nothing of comfort. I’d say it’s for single guest as only one chair at the kitchen table. There is a wicker chair but no cushion so a bit uncomfortable. It’s a shame as shower was good, it’s just a bit petite. With a makeover it would be quite nice.

It was a good environment and the accommodation was helpful and friendly to get in. The space is surely enough for one of two persons. De bathroom and toilet are outside so you must never forget your code to get in. Unfortunately the sheets were not clean, so it smelled. I used the clean towels tot protect the pillowcase. There was no chair in the room, you have to sit on the bed.

Absolutely terrible - the photos advertised are not the same property! I would much rather sleep on a hostel sharing room with lots of people (in case you’re on a budget like myself when I booked this studio) than staying at a place like this. It is a fire hazard, I felt very insecure sleeping on the bed since was just a very cheap piece of wood and few screws holding up the “made up” floor. It is an absurd that Hotels.com advertised a property like that. I genuinely give reviews to help people out - please stay away from this place ( I am not fussy or picky but this property is a whole different level of a let down).

Very cosy space that did the job. There wasn't a lot of space however we knew what we were getting ourselves into with the pictures on the website. It did say double bunk bed however when we got there it was a double bed on a second floor, (assuming that that's where the bunk bit came from). Not too far of a walk from transport links so good if you are looking to stay outside of the main city.

Do not book this place. I travel a lot and I’m not picky regarding accommodation however I would not recommend this property to anybody. Unfortunately, I never received the entry code and I ended up staying at another hotel. They apologised but it doesn’t change the fact that I never got to enter or use what I had paid for. I suggested that the property issue a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, even though my payment was non-refundable, due to the errors on the property’s part. Instead of replying and resolving the matter, they ghosted and didn’t reply anymore - very unprofessional. I will be raising a formal complaint and hopefully this property will change their ways, or be removed from Expedia to avoid others experiencing the same. Extremely disappointed.

It was nice and perfect for a backpacking trip. Only the essentials and apart from a broken toilet door everything was just as needed.

I was very lucky to get in as I received no message in regards to the door's code. A person who lives in the block was at the door so I asked him to help me. It was then that I managed to get the code.
Room looked nothing like the pictures. The bed is stacked upon a suspended ceiling making the experience extra scary. I didn't even try to use the kitchen utensils as they looked extremely dirty,

It appears that this property is constantly under construction. My room was poorly designed. There was a bed by the door to the balcony which partially blocked it. My tv didn’t work all 7 days I was there although I complained. I was locked out of my room before I was given a reminder for payment. I will never rent any property owned by these people. Others in the building had trouble getting in as well for no good reason.
The bed was comfortable and the shower room was decent.

The toiler paper in the bathrooms was very scarce; Shower gel was very scarce; Bathrooms were very tight; floor was missing tiles; kitchen balcony was very crooked; check in information (codes for the doors) was not easy to obtain (we had to call and text the support number multiple times); images of the apartments on the website are misleading (they didn't show these flaws).
The bed was comfortable.
While the price per night is lower than other properties in the region, over all we considered that the conditions did not match the price.

The pictures of the hotel and rooms are deceiving, , no furniture , no closet to hang clothes, just a place to stay and go !
And definitely I won’t stay here again , and I hardly recommended .

Very nice and central area, it was easy to get in, you get to codes for the main door and your room door. Wifi works well, it’s a nice space, everything you need is there. Very good value for the price, only thing it could have been a bit cleaner but no big deal.

Near bus stop. No shower in room (only in hall). Not very clean room. Only matras, no bed, on first floor with difficult stairs. Instructions to open main door and room were sent by Expedia 5 minutes before arrival without further notice.

The only advantage of this place is the low price (which corresponds directly to the low standard of accommodation as well as good location not far from the most important European institutions, right next to three charming squares, located in a row: Marguerite, Ambiorix and Marie Louise.
The name "EU District Studios" means a small building on the traditional, quiet Charles Quint street, among tenement houses. It has long been in need of thorough renovation. There are only few apartments. There are steep, uncomfortable stairs and no elevator. In my studio no 7 (on second floor), there was no toilet paper. After arriving late in the evening I had to fetch toilet paper from the ugly toilet which I found in desperation on the landing. The water in the toilet was turned off. I had to turn the water on and turn it off each time after use, otherwise the water would pour out in a strong stream.
I couldn't use the sink because the water didn't drainl. There was no soap at all - I bought liquid soap in the shop.
The condition of the electricity network, no connection to the TV, a bedside lamp that I found unplugged and lying on the floor under a falling apart box - it's better not to comment. Nothing worked properly in the tiny shower cabin, but at least the water drained without any problems. Fortunately, the room was clean, but everything (walls, decor, floor, lighting, interior doors, etc.) requires renovation and refreshment.
The quality is low however the room is spacious.

No codes provided to access the room beforehand.
Shower Impossible to adjust from cold to scalding hot. No bedside lamp. Floor not cleaned. Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. Unfortunately an EU summit subjected us to helicopter patrols which made it hard to get some sleep.
