Looks 100 times worse in real life. Communication was quite problematic. Had to leave the flat with wet hair as the hair dryer wasn’t left inside the flat … sad really ..

The location of the property was a walkable distance for transportation and (as marked above) kind of in the middle of the city centre. It’s quiet because we were at the 4th floor.
Didn’t like the smell of the shower drainage pipe, some early mornings.

The room was in a great walkable location to everything I wanted to see/do in Jerusalem. Public transportation was easily accessible; even to the airport. Many eating options outside the door. In the middle of the action. Room was quite, clean, safe and had a microwave and sink- all the amenities that I needed. Great shower and comfortable bed after a long day traveling. The room size was small but enough for a single traveler. The pictures were true to the room. Management checked in just prior to arrival with all needed information and again once I arrived to make sure I had all that I needed. Would definitely stay there again.

We like that it is walking distance to restaurants and other places that we visited. We are just a bit concern about the noise at night but it did not really bother us so much.

Management advertising incorrect bed size and does not respond to your communication during your stay. I booked a queen size bed and got a double bed. Told management (Moor) about the issue and he said it’s the biggest bed they have. Get this, I clarified my need of a queen size bed months before my check in and he said that if it’s still small, he would provide me some sort of a rolling bed. Lies! Not only was it not a queen bed, he also completely ignored my request of a rolling bed when we finally arrived. The hotel itself does not look or feel like a hotel. There’s no reception area, the hallway is dark, and the elevator is so small. Horrible experience. Will never stay here again.

I liked that communication was superior and prompt.
I didn't like the small size of property.
Studio was tiny, on a floor that has total of 6 rooms, 3 on each side of the most narrow corridor I have ever seen ( its width about 1 yard, allowing one person to pass freely). Regular conversational voices are heard across walls.
People were smoking freely, that was a major disadvantage.
