The smell of stale weed pervades every room and hallway, there is no escape. Neighboring rooms will leak marijuana smoke between the walls into your room. If you're into that, great. Not for me. Always used to love this property, was very disappointed.

Excellent hotel. We paid a premium for the 42nd floor with “sphere” view and it was worth it. Very comfortable room.
The hotel is nice, clean, and quite. Helpful staff.

Room was not clean upon check in. We found several unidentified stains in our sheets. Several stains in the carpet and blinds.

Horribly outdated hotel and rooms. Dirty furniture. The room smelled like a sewer line broke. We left two days early. The hotel nor Hotels.com will refund us.

Way way way overpriced. The Venetian is great to visit, had great restaurants, lots of photo ops, links to the Sphere without going outside, etc. But I would not stay there again. Everything was very overpriced and the rooms don't even have a refrigerator you can use not a coffee maker in them. Save your money, stay nearby and just visit for the day.

Had a great stay at The Palazzo. Was in town celebrating my anniversary. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was great and the view was even better.

I paid for a suite with a city view at The Palazzo. They assigned me to the 35th Floor. The city view was spectacular. At around 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 14, they shut the water for several floors in our tower; we could not shower, use the restroom. When I contacted housekeeping, they said that I should have gotten a letter or a notice alerting me about this. I did not receive anything. Then, housekeeping said water would be back around 2:00 a.m. on Friday, November 15. This is and was completely unacceptable. I asked to be moved to a room/tower where there was running water. They sent us to a room on the 7th floor, right next to the hotel’s AC systems and equipment. The noise was unbearable and we could not even sleep. What they did was not acceptable, They provided a room, but the room was a complete downgrade. I am not satisfied and I will never go back there again. I hated my stay at this hotel.

The room was fantastic! The courtesy of the employees within the hotel was amazing. There was, however, what seemed to be a wine glass in the same spot near the elevators that remained there for the full duration of our 3 night stay. Overall it was great and I will stay again.

I've not really been this pressured this much before on upgrading the room. Make sure you get it in writing, or it won't happen. They asked if we wanted to upgrade our room for $200. I asked about the parking and she said for me to give her my ticket and it would be taken care of. So I asked again if that was the total for 2 nights and was confirmed that it was. I said sure, why not. Only to find out later that I really didn't get upgrade and that I had already paid for an upgraded room. I paid in advance for the original booking, so the balance should have been around $200 at checkout. Well, it wasn't. The check out total was $800. Not $200 as quote. It was $400 for the upgrade, $138 more for resort fees and $54 for parking which was supposed to be "taken care of" and taxes.
I paid $1,600 up front and then around $800 more for an upgrade I'd already paid for and didn't need to. You got me and wouldn't do anything after the fact.

From the check-in to the gambling, dining, and shopping. The Palazzo has everything a Birthday Girl could have ever asked for.
The room was exquisite, the bed was perfect, and the breathtaking view was breathtaking.

Quick check in. Excellent room, clean. Bed comfortable. A/C unit has to be set at 64 degrees to get the room cold for a comfortable sleep. This is because of the size of the room. Weird thing was that I think the room next door had their connected door open. I could hear them talking at night and in the morning I smell the room service breakfast like it was inside my room. Place lost points because of it.
