We had a great stay!! Our room was outstanding and I like the fact that Vdara is basically a “straight forward” hotel, you don’t have to walk a mile to get to the elevators to get to your room. The casino and restaurants are next door at Aria.

Non-smoking hotel, with no casino, but connected to hotels with casinos. Great service, spacious rooms, and comfortable bed. Kid and pet friendly.

There's 2 bottle of 1 liter Fiji water, 1 small packet of cookies (aria on the label), and 1 small packet of gummies (aria on the label) are on the top of the kitchen those look like free! You will see and know what I mean.
I want everybody know that it costs 1 fiji 1 liter bottle water is $25, 1 small packet of cookies $15, and 1 small packet of gummies $17.
I hope all guests know and take it.
I dumped cookies and gummies before I got detailed receipt.

They didn't give me the room that I chose when I made my reservation. I chose the Studio (Parlor) on the corner and they gave me another room, but everything else was very good.

I have stayed here three times. I like the fact that it is not a casino hotel, yet it is steps from Aria, Cosmopolitan (indoor walkway) and Bellagio (Indoor Walkway). Rooms are comfortable and they are suites with a kitchen.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay. My expectations of a comfortable, hassle-free experience were significantly let down due to the hotel’s lack of attention to guest concerns and a surprising absence of care from certain members of your team.
The primary issue stemmed from a clogged drain in our shower, which caused water to accumulate at the bottom, nearly flooding the shower area. This problem limited our ability to shower and forced us to ration water usage, creating an inconvenience for everyone in my party. I immediately reported this to the front desk, and while a facilities ticket was created, no action was taken to resolve the issue until after we checked out. Not only did we miss the use of one of the essential amenities, but we were also denied any meaningful accommodations to ease the inconvenience.
What was especially disheartening was the lack of empathy shown by the front desk staff, particularly by Alexis, whose response was dismissive an it did not make up for the fact that we missed our dinner reservations and forfeited our deposit while waiting on assistance. With no update on the repair, we had to go to our concert hungry.
The following morning, instead of relaxing, I was again forced to spend time on the phone, essentially pleading for staff to address the shower drain issue so we could shower before checking out. As a guest who paid in full, regardless of the booking method, I deserve the amenities we paid for.

It was ok, clean and such, it’s a simple setup, nothing fancy. Have a 3 because the cost I paid vs value not the best

We paid for room in advance and upon arrival were informed that the room was not available and would have to change to a different room setup and location.

Vdara turned out to be a fortunate choice of hotels, having never been to Las Vegas before I wasnt aware of the smoking laws and found almost every hotel other than Vdara to have smoke to extent it stings your eyes. Not many choices in the hotel for food but not such a problem. I found studio room to be well above expectations with a great view. l definitely recommend Vdara.

Great stay at Vdara. The room is spacious and clean. Enough towels to not need room service for the duration of the stay. The new bonus is the extra indoor walkways to Cosmopolitan and Bellagio. It made it convenient to get around that area.

Nice comfy hotel, unfortunately they had last minute emergency water repairs during the night, which I didn’t see the notification for, however this was rectified satisfactory. Felt they needed robes which most other vegas hotels have.

Very nice hotel, but super dark. I have low vision and it is not well lit. Employees somewhat rude and unhelpful. Charged us for a room with a kitchette and then wanted to charge an additional $20 for the supplies. $170 charge for our dog who was like an advertisement for the hotel. He was an ambassador. Everyone wanted to pet him and ask where we were staying. Beautiful view m, but really hit with all the “extra” charges

Very nice hotel. Great value. A block off the strip and 2 minute walk to the beautiful Aria hotel, where you can connect through to the Park MGM. Connects to the Cosmopolitan Bellagio via walkway as well.
We had an 811sqdt suite and a smaller suite that were beautiful with huge bathrooms, separate sitting area and kitchenette. So much nicer, and about the same price, as a basic boring room anywhere else.
We had great service all the way through. We had a personal issue with a sick family member and they were immediately accommodating to book us an extra day at a very reasonable rate. So grateful for that.
Good size pool area with good/drink service was great.
No smoky casino or loud night club here, so great place to escape too.
Smaller, more relaxed lobby than the bigger places is nice.
Fairly quiet (some freeway traffic nearby that is inescapable in many hotels).
We will stay here next visit to Las Vegas for sure.

I had a good stay overall but, we paid extra for a Panaramic View and they put us in a room looking at walls. We did eventually get it corrected. We will most likely stay at the Aria for the next game it did not seem like they valued me as a customer

Very friendly staff, rooms are really clean. Its been a few years since I have been to Vegas. Prices have sky rocketed! Self parking is $18 and you have to go a ways to do it, so might as well do Valet for $35. Hotels.com shows your price, but its either in fine print or not there. So prepare yourself for the "resort fee" which was $52. INSANE!

Wonderful first time trying a valet parking only hotel, swift & painless experience with checking & settling in process. Beautiful rooms with beautiful views of the Las Vegas Strip!

I liked the studio parlor. Would have liked a coffee maker in our room. The pull out couch wasn’t super comfortable.

Good location and the room was big and clean. Might be little tricky to navigate to this place the first time .Kitchen- there was not much but we requested for plates and silverware and it was sent right away.. Bathrooms didn’t have a lock.

I stayed here for my birthday weekend and enjoyed it for the most part. I didn’t know that my room came without and full refrigerator. When I asked about it, I wasn’t given a clear explanation. Also we had to wait a day for someone to fix our tv. I wish the property and pictures weren’t misleading. Other than that we had a great time and the room was pretty nice.

Check in was great! The gentleman that checked us in was so friendly and personable. Room had amazing views and loved the fact we had a mini dining table and mini kitchen. Bathroom was fairly clean. Tv and coach was a nice add. The tablet in our room didn’t work unfortunately. I like the cabinet space, closet, and shades.

I had a bad experience this time on the v-Dara casino resort , husband and I never experienced the most dirty, refrigerator mom working and spilling water, floors dirty. That what’s when we checked in the first day, we did a complaint they said they were moving us to a different room two more floors up when we got to our another room was not even cleaned yet , was a maintenance guy flexing the shower head and was wet all over the bathroom , towels on the floor, Fridge not working and A/C stopped cooling.
My family and I came for business so we added another night and the only thing they gave us was a taxes discount and the resort fee. (Smh) when someone preciously told my husband we were getting money back or a free night .
We like Vdara hotel casino the reason that is smoke less , has a kitchen , mini fridge , stove etc. Just like if we’re home pretty much , since we have a baby .
