A quick trip with my husband, we went for the Garth Brooks concert and also caught one night of NFR action. We stayed in the Palace tower. The room was large and quiet! Bed was super comfy and we slept pretty great, which is rare for us in hotels. The heat/air was quiet, we didn’t hear much traffic or hallway noise. We were there Wednesday-Friday, so maybe just a quieter time. If you haven’t been to Vegas in a few years, it seems to have gotten really expensive, so just be ready to pay extra for your bottled water :( .

Hotel was great. Food was great. Activities in the area are plentiful.
We are disappointed because when it came time to check in, the hotel told us our room wouldn't be ready by check in at 4pm because we had a "standard room". They told us "6pm would be the earliest if we were lucky", and we had tickets to a show that started at 7pm. So we had to upgrade our room just to check in at the hotel's check in time, because they didn't have our room type ready by the 4pm check in time they set. We were charged $45 extra, a night, because they were behind on their cleaning schedule. Whether this was a ploy to trick us into upgrading, or an unfortunate truth due to how busy or short-staffed they were, I don't feel like we should've been charged extra because they didn't have our "standard room" ready by 4pm. We didn't need or ask for the upgrade, we were simply told we needed to upgrade just to check in at the 4pm check in time.

Very expensive and not worth it.

It was ok, for such a claimed high end hotel, I would expect more service and friendliness. Everything was so far away and pricey in the resort.

Busy resort casino hotel in the middle of busy Vegas strip. Great rooms away from the action. Plenty of food choices on site.

The shower has no barrier between the main bathroom area and the shower stall with the no real slope in the shower so a lot of the water just flows out to the drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. See photo. This creates a potential safety issue with a slippery floor and makes a mess. Seriously - what high end hotel would have this setup. Overall the hotel is nice but this is ridiculous.

First of all , it was supposed to have been a strip view . We got a wall view that was not even 2 foot from the window . Everything we ask about was more money . Luckily our room didn’t seem to have the bed bugs that we could tell yet . But lots of people told us the third floor was full of bedbugs. We were on the third floor. Was very surprised because we had stayed there several times . I don’t normally complain but I think this was due.

Caesars just started a 4pm checkin. If you want a room earlier, Front desk will tell you no rooms available unless you pay to upgrade. They make commission. Upgrade & fee applied to you. Big mark Greedy,

One of the last Strip hotels to stay at, and I'm glad I hadn't prior. Miserable, so many terms and conditions and cheeky ways to grab your money, for example in the room they are kind enough to put a Keurig coffee machine on the desk, but it's $22.50 for a Keurig pod. I was fortunate to net my biggest win ever on the slots, but it didn't help lift the experience out of the gutter.

Room is very clean, great decoration.
But We have lost 45 minutes to check in and check out.
We came to hotel at 5, but rooms were not available.
Finally, they gave us a room that was not as good as we booked.

The room was very spacious and the tv had decent tv selection. The mini fridge has sensors which was unbelievable. I moved a drink so I could put my sandwich in there and they tried to charge me!! The lady at the counter also wasn’t very friendly nor are the workers in the hotel. Also, the hotel is SO big which means it will take you around 20min walk from the hotel door to the hotel room. I personally wouldn’t recommend it.

Nice hotel but the A/C wasn’t working and we had to track down a maintenance person, placing a service request at desk didn’t help. Also got charged an outrageous $75 for putting an item in the mini fridge which wasn’t posted, not was the cost of anything inside the fridge. Room in the octavious tower was nice and spacious.

Went ahead and used their early check in link, thinking it would be less of a hassle and quicker once we arrived. Nope… instead I just kept getting messages from the kiosk stating my room was not ready. Finally gave up, and just went and stood in line “the old fashioned way”, and was able to finally get into our room.
Once in the room, the bathroom cleanliness could have been better, let’s just leave it at that. Kind of disgusting smears on the wall.
And always the added fees. Hate that. Resort Fees, when the pools are closed for the season and then $20 per night for parking. Would rather that all just be included upfront in the pricing.

I had booked a room with a view of strip. I reiterated the same during check-in and was told it was. Once I reached the room it was facing the parking lot. Not sure why the front desk had to be dishonest about it

It was an awesome stay! One complaint the parking to checkin was very far to walk

Title: A $7,000 Rip-Off: Caesar’s Palace is a Total Scam
I stayed at Caesar’s Palace expecting luxury, but I got a nightmare instead. Spending over $7,000 for three rooms across four nights was a colossal mistake. Here’s why you should avoid this place at all costs:
1. Stone-Cold Bathrooms with Zero Comfort: The bathroom floors are freezing, and they don’t even provide slippers. For $600 a night, that’s inexcusable.
2. No Bathrobes: Luxury? Hardly. Even budget hotels manage to provide this basic amenity.
3. Customer Service From Hell: The staff is clueless, unhelpful, and bounces you around from department to department with no resolution. It’s frustrating beyond belief.
4. No Complimentary Water: A single, tiny bottle of water is in the room, but it costs $15. It’s pure greed.
5. Coffee Machine Con: There’s a coffee machine, but you need to shell out $22 for coffee pods. This is laughable and insulting.
6. Terrible WiFi: Staying on the 63rd floor of the Octavius Tower, I had almost no cell network, so I connected to their WiFi. Big mistake. It’s the worst WiFi imaginable, and you can only connect two devices. If you’re a couple, that’s one phone each—forget about connecting a laptop. Want to connect a third device? That’ll be an extra $15 per day, per device. In 2024, even a corner coffee shop offers free WiFi without this nonsense.
7. Constant Nickel-and-Diming: Every little thing here costs extra. From water to WiFi, Caesar’s Palace seems determined to milk every l

Check in was especially slow, but we did get a very nice room. This hotel is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly, so despite the wait, it was worth it.

The hotel is very nice as a whole. Very clean, elegant and lots of action. What I did not like is the extra $400 US charged for incidentals at check-in. Apparently, it's a hotel policy for all guests and you cannot decline it ! You can charge hotel restaurants to your room & it will be deducted from the $400. If at the end of your stay, you did not use the $400, it will be reimbursed on your credit card within 3-5 business days. I just feel it's a rip off, they want you to spend the $400 !

The stay was AMAZING!!! Jason gave us a wonderful room for our short stay. I was floored! We had the best 12 hours of our lives at The Caesar. It truly felt like home!

There was a $75 to use the mini fridge, so we couldn’t really take food or even keep water cold. There was also no microwave in the room. We have stayed at different hotels on the strip, and those rooms have a usable fridge and microwave.

Me and my husband planned a couple trip for our anniversary for one night only in Las Vegas. We are from Brasil. During the check in, we were informed the check out was at 11:00. But, unfortunately, the next morning the house keeper entered tried to enter our room at 9:20. She could open the door completely because of the inside lock.
We had to scream that we were still resting.
It was very uncomfortable and disappointing.
For a hotel with the professionalism that I thought it would be, I would never come back because of this.
Very frustrating waking up with this fright.

Room was very worn, not very clean. TV did not work, view from window was of a very tall cement building wall. Service was very poor. Long hold time when trying to speak with guest services and management. Only positive was the manager comped the resort fees and parking.

I was so disappointed in Caesars. We self-parked and the instructions were not clear. Use your room key and yet we had not checked in. Couldn’t find a number to call to ask. Signed up for the 24/7 text concierge but never got a reply or instructions on how to access. Pool closed, not heated, no jacuzzi. What’s the $56+ resort fee for? Toilet in our room ran all the time. We never got our room made up, had to ask a housekeeper for towels. There was a Kuerig in the room but no pods…probably wanted us to pay, as with everything else. Signed up for Caesars rewards but found out the barcode card per the app was no good. I needed to stand in line to get a plastic card. No thanks. Staff was not helpful either when asked basic Vegas questions…we have Sphere tickets…do you know how best to enter? No idea. I was very excited to stay here but was extremely disappointed!

Our room was not ready on time. After check-in time they informed us that they had no rooms available with what we reserved and had to make do with the two queen bedroom. The room was very dirty. The carpet had stains throughout. The shower had extremely low water pressure. There was no coffee maker in the room and so there were no cups. Had to get those separate. The lamp was in front of the air thermostat and made it hard to access. The shower had very little warm water. The bathroom door did not close and was broken.

Carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it opened 20 + years ago. Staff was rude and seemed like we they didn’t want us there. Don’t forget the $55 dollar a night up charge for taxes when you check out. Overall we will not be back.

Bathroom did not work all weekend, phone did not work all weekend. Had to use the hallway phone to get room service or call for bell desk etc.

Everything was great except 1 towel wasn’t clean

Everything was great, but the bathroom, specifically the toilet smelled like sulfur the entire stay, we had to keep the door closed the entire time, or the bathroom and main bedroom would smell.

Great location. Almost in the middle of the Strip, equal distance to the north end as well as the south end of the Strip. Too strict about early check in and late check out. Room appears old. Bed too soft. Can use some interior renovation. Friendly staff.

Hotel was great, convenient location. Enjoyed the atmosphere.

It’s such a big hotel with thousands of guests so they can’t really customize your stay. Everything is just the bare minimum with comfort and service. The Qua spa was wonderful. The buffet was delicious. But we never got housekeeping even though we requested it. We did get a fresh set of towels after we called for them. WiFi didn’t work and when you call about it, the line hangs up. Cellphones did not work in the rooms.

Was the experience of a life time.
