The property was beautiful. It is set up like little cabin houses and has everything you could need like a small kitchen with a microwave and utensils. Nice AC that gets really cool with all the heat in Belize. The space was cozy and felt just like we were at home. I would definitely stay again.

I will NEVER return to this hotel. I was moved into 3 different rooms until the wifi worked. I had to pay an extra 100 dollars to get air conditioning in a room that was controlled by leaving a key in the wall. Which means i had to turn off the air whenever i left my room. I was in Belize with 100 degrees weather. It took nearly 2 hours to get my room cool each time. I had to flush the toilet 3 times in each room to get everything down. The tv in my room was stuck on a spanish video channel. Yes, i called management who was extremely rude. She told my my accommodations was to move me to a 3rd room with working wifi and i should have called the hotel in advance to let them know i was on business in order to get wifi. When i booked the room wifi, tv cable and i thought air would automatically come with a room in Belize..thats whatvthe advertisement stated!!! Management was extremely rude and refused to give me any discount or upgrade. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL. For some reason the photos i took will not upload

We had bed bugs in the bed and then they came back saying it was ants which isn’t much better but from experience they were definitely bed bugs. Bad customer service for 600$ for 2 nights

Adorable, clean, safe casitas in quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown San Pedro, but close enough for a quick golf cart ride into town.
The service from the owner's daughter, Ella, was incredible

This was a great choice for us – beautiful grounds, nice facilities, and away from the busy center of San Pedro, which is crowded, noisy and difficult to navigate. The cabins are simple but comfortable, with A/C, a kitchenette, and good beds. People often sit in front of their cabins giving it a community-like feel. We liked this simplicity and the ability to prepare our own breakfasts. Food costs in San Pedro are high, and this helped. We found a couple of local restaurants within walking distance, as well as grocery stores and a great fruit stand. For boat excursions, you can easily book them and get picked up at the pier in front. Being out of the busy areas is a great, but if you want to explore farther, golf carts can be rented from the front desk and delivered to you. There are fancier places for sure if you want that. But be aware of the location. If you get out of the crowded tourist areas, this is the place.

All great, especially Marci!

Cute little cabins. Bed could be a little more comfy, but not bad. Pictures of the beach were a little misleading. What looked like mounds of fluffy white sand was actually a hard rock like substance and there was a sea wall so you can’t walk right into the water. There are steps off the pier to get in. Not sure it was worth the price but also wouldn’t object to staying there again. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The Cabana was clean and comfortable. Staff, particularly the woman who checked us in, was incredibly helpful throughout the week. She suggested various things to do, places to eat, etc. The pool was beautiful and well kept!

The iguanas were cool. There was no beach or volleyball, though both are listed on the site, other small things like toilets backing up etc. What irked me most was the managements attitude, they were about as arrogant and entitled as you can get. I would not recommend anybody stay here because of this, this resort would rank near the bottom of what San Pedro has to offer.

The resort was wonderful. The people running it were amazing and the location is awesome. We can't wait to go back and visit all of the friends we made and get back to that beautiful reef.
You won't be disappointed if you are looking for a true Belieze experience.
