The pod beds are such a fun idea - I’ve seen them done so well elsewhere - but here they are so difficult to get in and out of, and the mattress/pad was so thin that sleeping on my side I was waking up every hour or two with a hip in pain.
The bar downstairs is really loud, which wasn’t a massive issue for me but some people will not be able to work with this at all, even with the free earplugs.
Friendly guests and staff though, and a decent energy around the place at breakfast.

I would happily return to this property.
A few things to know:
Access to the front door is controlled by an app you will need to download and that will be activated with a code reception will give you.
There are plenty of bathrooms but you either need to being your own towel or rent one at reception in the morning. No guarantee towels will be available. First come first served (I did secure one).
There are lockers available but you will need your padlock.
There was a party at the hostel when I visited. The noise was very high. I had to use the earplugs which they supply and noise cancelling headphones to sleep.
The private pod was long and wide enough for me. It was very comfortable. You also get sockets and USB to charge your phones next to you.
Access to the pod, if upstairs like mine was, is a bit dicy. The steps are small and quite far to the side so be careful getting to your pod and especially leaving it.
Breakfast is served downstairs. Quite a bit of choice.

A Disappointing Experience at the Hostel
I recently stayed at this hostel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To begin with, my initial room had no windows, which made the space feel claustrophobic and uncomfortable. I felt like I was in a dungeon rather than a place meant for relaxation.
After expressing my concerns, I was relocated to another room, but that did not improve my experience at all. The facilities were in poor condition, as both the toilets and showers were out of order. It was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating to deal with these issues, especially when cleanliness and functionality are basic expectations.
Additionally, I encountered a language barrier with the staff. While I appreciated that there were Spanish-speaking team members available, they were unfriendly and seemed overwhelmed. I had trouble getting assistance, specifically with unlocking the digital key in the app for my room. It felt as though they were unorganized and unable to properly manage the guests’ needs.
Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hostel to others. With a lack of basic amenities and unfriendly staff, it did not provide the welcoming and enjoyable experience I was hoping for. Save yourself the hassle and look for a different place to stay.

I stayed in the capsules a few times, and I have to say it’s good value for money, especially for the level of privacy you get when you’re essentially paying hostel prices. Here’s the thing - yes you can hear the nightclub below for a few hours into the night, but they do give you earplugs. Yes the bathrooms and toilets aren’t always perfectly clean, and the capsule itself could do with a deep clean, but the pillowcase and sheets are clean, and you just need to bring a little pair of flip-flops or similar for the showers. Also it’s good to bring a towel but you can rent one here. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
Be aware you can’t lock the capsule as there is only a curtain, but you can lock your personal items in a locker. I personally enjoy the cosy feeling of being in these capsules. Just be aware they are on 2 levels and if you get a top-bunk you need to climb up, so if you have any issues with that, let them know in advance of arriving. I’m sure they would accommodate you. I prefer the top bunks as the music from the nightclub below isn’t as loud on the top bunks. I genuinely enjoy staying here, it’s just best to be aware of the above so you can make a decision.

If you are wanting any sort of sleep, avoid this place. If you have a pod on the first floor like I did, you are directly above a bar/club which plays loud music till 2am. And this was a Monday night!! You can hear it so loud in the rooms, you might as well be in the bar. Combined that with constant drunk people coming in and out, falling over, talking loudly and dropping things plus then some kind soul banging on the door at 6am because they’d locked themselves out. Let’s just say, no sleep was had at all. Do yourself a favour, spend a bit more and go in a Travelodge.

Staff were excellent, unsure of the person's name on the front desk but I checked in at around 5pm on Saturday 22nd June and they were so helpful and lovely! The room and facilities were clean enough, however the beds could do with having new/more sufficient curtains installed around the bunks as I was one of the only girls in a mixed dorm and would have liked a little more privacy. There were also a couple of guys who came into the room late at night and were talking quite loudly, so perhaps some signs on the doors reminding people to be quieter at night. Aside from that the bunk bed had everything I needed and for the price I couldn't really go wrong!
