Good location and modern hotel. The room has different temperature zone. Even when I set to cool, the entry to the kitchen sink area was quite warm. The air conditioner above the bed and the refrigerator emit quite a bit of noise at night time.

Although the hotel offered us the lower floor with basically no view, the hotel is very comfy and close to everywhere. Strongly recommended and will definitely stay at this hotel once again if we get the chance.

Located close to the covered shopping street Tanukikoji with plenty of eating opportunities, the convenience of a washing machine in our room and a comfortable room. We had a speedy booking in and assistance with luggage when shipping our suitcases to Fukuoka. Easy walk to the Odori park and the botanic gardens. Even when it rained the day we left could walk the whole way to Sapporo station underground via Pole City

The housekeeping service is below standard as they only clean and make bed only once a week. In addition to changing the towels and clearing rubbish, they should at least make the bed daily unless customer don't require it.

My family of 7 stayed at Tokyu Sapporo Odori as the last hotel of 7 resorts. A perfect way to end our trip as they have a combo washer dryer in every room that comes w/ detergent. Lobby offers free hot drinks and amenities. Rooms were big enough and beds were firm and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and bonus is location. 5 min walk to Tanuki Koji and Pole Town shopping malls. 5 min from Odori Park. 15 min walk to JR station. Be sure it’s Sapporo Odori as there’s Tokyu Stay Sapporo in different location.

Good stay nice complimentary coffee in the foyer. A bit tetchy on the breakfast timeliness, too keen to tidy stuff away from 9.30 despite period being up to 10.00.

We visited Sapporo from 8/18/2024 to 9/1/2024, and stayed in 3 hotels. I am going to include 3 hotels in one review.
1. Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori, 8/18/2024 - 8/24/2024: Nice location, 2 minutes away from Odori Station, 2 minutes away from Tanikukoji 5, and very close to Mitsukoshi, PARCO, Susukino’s shopping, dinning places and other commercial areas. Very friendly staff. English speakers. Spacious and comfortable lobby, offering coffee and tea 24 hours. Microwave and laundry machine (washer/dryer in one) available in our room, so convenient for people who stay for several days in hot season. We had a high floor and could see a little bit of mountains, but most of the Mountain view was blocked by a building next to the hotel. Breakfast was OK. Cons: the ceiling of the room was low. The toilet room smelled weird. The air of the room was not very fresh but the window was not allowed to open.
2. La’gent, 8/25/2024 - 8/30/2024: it was next to Tokyu Stay. The location was as nice as Tokyu. The window could be opened to get fresh air. Onsen was great, although crowded in the evening. The building temperature was set very cool so that guests felt very released from outside heat and humidity. The vanities surface and storage space in toilet room was bigger than the other two hotels. Our room window faced south and could see the Tanukikoji and Ferris Wheel. Breakfast was ok. Two public laundry machines on 2nd floor which were very busy most of the day

Only one thing that I would mention about this hotel, is that it's very hard to refresh the air in the room because it had all fixed type windows. All others are fantastic for staying here.

Every staff in the hotel were very kind, and room was so clean and comfortable. And the parking officer were so kind as well.
I think it would be more better if one side of the blanket would closed. The inner blanket was about to get out of the outside blanket.
Everthing including breakfast was so good. Thank you for comfortable trip in my 4 days.

Nice quiet location within walking distance to Sapporo Station, Odori Park, Tanukikoji, and ramen alley where we found the best ramen broth made from prawns, pork and chicken broth. We had a rental car and parking was a breeze with their elevator parking system. The in-room laundry unit was a big plus, it was very quiet, you can run the wash and dry cycle overnight. It’s a small unit, so we had to hang up a few of the heavier items after the dry cycle to make sure they dry completely.
