The rooms were nice, but could use some improvements to the number/location of power outlets for charging devices. The pool was also nice, but the area around it could use some updates and cleanup.

The room appeared recently updated. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the height of the bed. It was too high for a couple of 70 year olds to easily get into.

Fantastic place to stay. As one patron stated, “it doesn’t get any better than this.” Full size fridge was a HIGE plus. We were able to refreeze our ice blocks and enjoy a home cooked breakfast on the road! The grounds are beautiful. The spring fed pool is super interesting. The staff was amazing.

We had a kayak trailer. Since it was small, they allowed us to park it in a separate spot of an unused room number was available. The renovation was very well done, loved the beds, decorations, etc. AND a full kitchen. We would have loved to stay longer.

The Location is fantastic over looking the spring, great place if your bringing your boat to dock it right on property, you can also walk to everything they have to offer downtown! The room was beautiful, comfy, and big! Would love to come back very soon.

Perfect location. Right on King's Bay. Easy drives to Homosassa river and the Chassahowitzka. Within walking distance or short drive of superb eateries. We loved Amy's on the Avenue and Seller's Seafood. Old school motel but with boat launch/pier and a nowhere else to be found natural fresh water swimming pool with (small) fish swimming in from the bay. Able to park outside your room. Don't expect too much from the accommodations however. The room is actually a studio with full kitchen but shows its age, except our bathroom is brand new. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again.

rooms need a good detailed cleaning,upgrade on tv quality and reverse cycle hvac system very noisy. Good point was staff helpful but working with what appears to be short staff and needed upgrades.

Pipe broke in a room next to us, but we were fortunate enough to not need to use bathroom before checking out. The accommodations were great, we felt bad that happened to the establishment.

Room was clean, amenities in the room, parking right in front. Only complaint the bed was very hard and sheets were rough. Thankfully it was a quick over night passing through but we will do more research next time.

Very nice rooms.. ours had a full size fridge, stove, microwave, and king size bed. It was also very nicely furnished and decorated. It’s walking distance to lots of restaurants and little quaint shops. It’s located right on the water and the spring fed pool is amazing! We will def stay here again!!
