Super nice private suites with kitchen and living room. Would stay here again.

Great front porch and outdoor areas. Room was well equipped, great location.

This was a beautiful property. I had plans to do a bunch of things but ended up just staying in - I loved it that much

We stayed in the travel suite which is 2 bedrooms, a living room and a full kitchen. It felt
Ike home. The location was great within walking distance of the capital and downtown. I highly recommend the Boise guest house.
4.7
Accessibility to downtown, easy to get in and out, no key required. Nice kitchen etc.

Fabulously refurbished six room boutique hotel right in the heart of everything

Good neighborhood. Good location. Boise is wonderful city.
Room was too small. Bathroom sink area was too small. Shower was dark.
4.7
A beautifully remodeled downtown Victorian. Beautiful room. Beautiful view. I wish I had days to spend and enjoy.

The space was very charming and the bed was comfortable. Everything you would need was provided. Since it is an old building it isn't silent, a small fan for white noise would have been nice. I could hear from the neighboring room shoes walking on the wood floor and tv or music playing.

I LOVED everything about this property! My only complaint is my only one day and night to enjoy. So beautiful so peaceful so perfectly decorated .I want to move it to Oregon and have as my living space.

It’s an excellent location and so cutely decorated.

Boise Guest House is an antiquated rooming house which might appear to be charming from the descriptions but is actually quite disappointing. Our $200+ room was listed as a 'story suite' but was actually a cramped single room with a bunch of random items--microwave, refrigerator, table--added to make it seem like more than just a room. None of the furniture matched and the chairs provided were the wrong height for the table. The 'bathroom' sink is tiny and actually located in the room, not in the bathroom. The building itself is over 100 years old and is many ways that's obvious. For example- the area for hanging clothes was not a closet but rather a small very dark curtain-shrouded niche next to the bed, about two feet in height, that was actually pretty scary looking. As it was so low it was necessary to bend way over to either place clothes there or retrieve them. Finally, they have a self check in system, which is convenient, but as a consequence, no staff are on the premises, making the whole experience a bit creepy. The Boise downtown Hyatt, a few blocks west, is a much better deal for $40 less--huge room, brand new facility with a pool and a great breakfast.

This was a very quaint and cheerful place to stay. I loved it.

Best place to stay in Boise. We spent 8 nights there with our 11 year old boy and absolutely loved it. Felt like home

It was a great alternative to a chain hotel and a great walking neighborhood.

The property was fabulous. Very centrally located. Great for a family (only downside the bathroom was in the bedroom with the queen. And the room was VERY warm - we turned down all the heat to 55 which helped. All in all the it was set up will and there was not an amenity that was missing. Very clean and comfortable and well thought out. We will definitely stay her again!

An excellent first time stay. I loved how easy it was to check in. The room was adorable and had more than I needed. It’s only 2 blocks to the capital mall where my work is located. I’ll definitely be back!

What a cozy and unique place to stay! My wife and I very much enjoyed the decor, location, comfortable bed, and amenities that were provided. Great location.

Lovely spot within walking distance of everything, be it the conference center, local night life or nearby hiking trails. I was upgraded to a suite and had a truly lovely experience. Bed was comfy, room was well stocked with everything I could want (including yoga mat and laundry!), Wifi was fast, and the outdoor area was simply beautiful. Lots of privacy as well with my own entrance. Even the price had me smiling. I won't be staying anywhere else in future visits.

I highly recommend to anyone traveling thru or to Boise to check out the Boise Guest house and make your reservations! Great location, clean and homey! You won't be disappointed!

This was a great place to stay when traveling through Boise. It's very homey, Airbnb-esque, while still being a hotel. I stayed in Room 3 and it was ideal. It had a full kitchen, living room, access to the backyard, and 2 bedrooms. You also can walk anywhere downtown from the location - it's great!

Such a lovely, historical home! Our room was sweet as could be! We got to hang out on the porch during a rainstorm complete with thunder and lightening which we don't experience in California often! We had a very interesting encounter with a passer-by too which overall added to the charm of porch living! My only drawback to the visit was that there was restoration painting going on and hazard roping off of the home with lead base paint. I get it, but we got some funny looks and comments while hanging out on the porch! Aside from that totally charming !!

This was a lovely place to stay. I didn't have any interaction, except for email communication, with the staff so I can't speak to the service, but I loved this spot and will stay there again for sure.
