Wonderful concierge. Willing to work with our needs. Central and 20min walk to Nijo castle entrance. And 10min walk from Nijo station. Overall a comfortable short stay for my family in visiting the sites and sounds of Kyoto.

They were very kind and accommodating when the airport misplaced our luggage and brought it back via their airport shuttle. They were attentive and gave us updates. Every staff we came across were very nice.

Front desk was extremely helpful when I arrived at night from the airport. They accommodated my friend that came along the last minute

The service was good. The room was terrible. We could hear the next room conversation in the middle of the night. The air conditioning didn’t work. For sure, we won’t come back to this hotel.

To start, it's huge. Even the rooms are big for Japan. Everything was modern like it recently was updated.
There's a Family Mart right inside the hotel which is very convenient.
One thing I would be weary of is the pool. You can tell it isn't cleaned very well, very often. The pool area could use some room as well. The roof leaks and the furniture is wore down.
Other then the pool situation there were no other complaints. I would stay here again.

We were here for a less than 8h transit stay from Narita Airport and the hotel did not allow early check-in despite ample room availability and charged extra on a per hourly rate before their standard check-in time. Look for other options if you are looking for transit-stays from Narita Airport as there are plenty other options around.

rooms are dated and in need of repair
dont look too closely as they need a deeper clean
facilities are worn and tired
even though they say they have 3 restaurants - beware only 1 is open! and it is expensive for a buffet. they charge for using the awful outside pool - stay in the inside one but be careful jacuzzi is not working and bring your own towel as they charge you for theirs! Avoid...

Hotel was at a great location and staffs were amazing.. but the rooms were terrible .. it was a non smoking room but smelled like it was used as a smoking room before and some weird smell in the room with made the air quality very bad !! Apart from the rooms everything else was amazing!!

The garden was poorly maintained. Very disappointed in the lack of care for a Japanese garden. The water fall and pond was in disrepair. Lot of weeds all over the place. What a shame

Nice hotel with good shuttle service and amenities. Unfortunately there are extra charges for the hot baths/onsen and even the swimming pool! Buffets are pricey. Front desk and concierge ladies were excellent!

Nice place. Pool small but okay. Food was great. Transportation to airport convenient.

The location is continently located close to Narita airport. Rooms are tiny but was expected, if trying to fit more than 2 people to a room would need to request room big enough to fit the amount of people in your group or purchase additional room. Hotel overall was clean and well managed. Shuttle to and from airport runs on timely schedule. From airport can get train into Tokyo. Staff was friendly, there is 2 restaurants on site and a 711 convenience store on site. There are some restaurants within the area but keep in mind places close earlier than you may be use to.

No bus from 5-7pm.
I ask the counter to check the bus timetable to Odaiba. They told me will be pretty but the last bus to Odaiba was 6:50pm. I wasted all my time waiting for the free shuttle from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. And missed all buses.
If they could tell me the last bus is at 6:50. I can just take a taxi to Airport myself.

Very nice hotel but there is nothing within walking distance so you must take a taxi or bus to shopping mall or other destinations. There is a cute Japanese garden on the property with some Koi fish. Would stay here again after a long flight but would spend the duration of my trip in central Tokyo, not near the hotel.

Great stay. Breakfast buffet was mediocre but overall nice hotel and good value. It’s close to Narita airport with free shuttle to the airport and Narita train station and mall. 24 hour convenience store with everything you need while traveling.
