楽しく快適な宿泊でしたが、朝食時の件で台無しでした。

朝食時に案内されたテーブルに、食事をチョイスして戻ると別の外国人が座っていた。こちらが別のテーブルに移動されたのは不愉快な気分になった。勝手に座った者勝ちみたいな変なルールを考えてほしい。

El hotel está muy bien, tiene piscina climatizada, onsen, pistas de tenis, y autobuses lanzadera al aeropuerto, a la estación de Narita y al centro comercial.

Beautiful place to stay before flying back home, wish we stayed longer

Overnight stay before flying out. Wish I spent another day to unwind and relax. Beautify property and convenient to get to and from the airport. We came from Tokyo, took the train to the airport then used the free bus to take us directly to the hotel. We had an early morning flight with no shuttle to terminal 1, however you can catch the bus to terminal 2 then take the free airport shuttle bus to T1. Coin laundry also available

Great choice for overnight stay near Narita. Breakfast choices are excellent and has a convenience store downstairs too.

A perfect place for one night stay for flight connection.

This hotel provides free shuttle bus for airport, railway station and shopping mall, which is very convenient for visitor stay in short term such as one night for flight connection. The Japanese restaurant in this hotel is pretty good. The room I had also has good view.

Room is a little bit small but for one person is ok.

二回目の利用です。清潔性で景色がよく快適でした。プールもあり楽しめました。レストランのブッフェもおいしかったです。スタッフの方もみなさん親切でした。値段も安くお得だと思います。

飛行機が見えないです。見える部屋もあるのかわかりませんが。でも景色がいいのであえて言えば、というレベルですが。

日本最終日でくつろげました！

朝食のバリエーションが豊富で、おいしかった。ホテルの部屋が大きくてスーツケース３つ十分保管しても狭さを感じなかった。ホテル併設のコンビニを利用できたこと。勿論空港への往復シャトルバスがあること。日本庭園がきれいで癒された。

Conveniently located close to the airport

Loved the free shuttle service from the airport to hotel. The garden at the front of the hotel was beautiful! The room was a little tight, however, it provided toothbrushes, combs, wash cloths, slippers, lotion and more! We really enjoyed the Family Mart convenience store in the hotel. We were able to get some yummy food!

Perfect location,great hotel.

Small room, but perfectly acceptable for either an overnight stay or a few hours before a flight. Shuttle service works perfectly, no more than 10-15 mins transfer. Definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel..!

The room is very clean and all the staff is very polite and friendly, restaurant at the lobby is good as well they serve good meals, the garden walk is lovely and most of all the frequent free bus to and from airport and to Narita Station is very convenient.

Loved this hotel! The property is so serene and lovely. The staff are helpful and pleasant & there is a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel & vice versa so everything was very convenient! Loved the convenience store inside and also the buffet breakfast was beautiful.

לינה נוחה מאוד בקרבה לשדה התעופה. יש שאטלים בלון וחזור. ראוי לציין במיוחד את שפע מוצרי הטיפוח והקוסמטיקה שמציעים בחדר. במלון יש מסעדה וגם חנות נוחות שפועלת 24/7

המיטות קטנות מאוד. מיטה זוגית היא למעשה מיטה וחצי ברוחב 1.2. בנוסף, אפשר לקנות אוכל בחנות נוחות אבל אין איפה לאכול אותו חוץ מהחדר הצפוף

Mooi hotel, bed kon wat luxer.

Shuttle bus naar verschillende bestemmingen Supermarkt in het hotel Openbaar bad en sauna in het hotel Super aardig en geduldig en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie tuin Ruime kamers

De kamer was veel te warm en de airco deed het niet goed. Heb het raam open gezet snachts en dat in de winter! Maar waardoor ik weer de vliegtuigen buiten hoorde. Het tapijt rook oud en stoffig. Het matras vond ik veel te hard.

OK stay close to the airport

We appreciated the transfer bus to the airport, we did not use the service arriving to the hotel as the times of the bus did not match our schedule.

The light panel next to the bed was full of smudge and fingerprints, and had quite obviously not been cleaned. Not did the AC work in the room, so it was very warm. As we arrived late and wanted to sleep, we did not bother to call anyone to fix it or change rooms, we opened the windows and kept them open throughout the night.

Functional airport hotel for a reasonable price

Close proximity to the airport with free shuttle service which was handy for our early morning departure.

The beds are really uncomfortable although during my trip I stayed in 3 different my stay hotels & it was a reoccurring theme.

The garden and waterfalls outside, breakfast and dining options, and hotel departments are very exceptional. Thank you

I stayed with my children for a flight transfer that was for one day. We really enjoyed the room and amenities, the breakfast buffet was very nicely prepared and presented. Also I appreciate the reception staff’s assistance with our violin that was left behind and also a luggage handling mistake. We still made our flight on time, even the shuttle driver helped you to re-claim our suitcases. The shuttle to the Narita-San temple and airport are very convenient also.
