At first sight the facade of the hotel looks great, but in the inside, elevators, and some of the areas need improvement, in particular the rooms which are way too old; at least the one we got. But, what I didn't like at all, it was that the comforter in one of the beds seemed to be dirty, visible dirty spots, and that's disgusting. What was really good was the food in breakfast, just the person at the front of the breakfast area was not that nice. People at reception was kind though.

This is a really good value hotel. You can enjoy the hot springs at a low price and the breakfast is really great. I recommend it.

This being my first night in Japan, I had nothing to compare it to - this hotel is old, but decently kept up and the airport shuttle, onsen and FamilyMart in the lobby made it a place I'll definitely return to if I get the chance! A word to the wise, though: for the restaurant, "last seating" time is actually the time they start quickly and efficiently whisking away all the food, so get there early for all of the buffet's deliciousness. The staff were wonderful and managed well with my minimal Japanese-speaking ability.

Nothing on the profile or website that says tattooed people aren’t welcome in the public bath. I would’ve saved money and stood somewhere cheaper.

Clean and comfortable. Easy stay from the airport. Onsen was wonderful addition to the stay.

Perfect spot to relax after 13 hour flight from USA. Onsen really helped relax our bodies leading to a good nights sleep.

This hotel is cheap (economy room) and free shuttle bus is excellent so we could leave luggage, visit Narita, then get to airport. The staff were nice, the onsen is good (750 yen) and the restaurant is good. The let down was the room, smell of damp, carpet disgusting, clump of hair etc...yuck! Bathroom was okay. The hotel is very '80s and needs refreshing. It looks tired.

The place is really clean. I really enjoy it myself, very nice and courtesy

Having bus service from the airport was great and drop.off at the train the next day was perfect. Room was very outdated and the garden wing we were in was extremely in jeed of refurbishment.

We only booked for one night upon arrival. The transfer from the airport was seamless. This hotel presents well at the front desk. The staff was awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable and went beyond expectation in helpfulness. Unfortunately our room was on the unrenovated side so it was not appealing. However the beds were acceptable and the linens very clean. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was excellent. If I stayed here again I would certainly book an updated room. One other factor is that the air traffic is quite loud until about 0100. After that the flights stop until the morning.

It was okay. The lobby looks fancy. The room looked really nice on the web but in person I realized it was exaggerator. The way they took the shot (picture) makes the room look better than it actually is.

Will stay there again.

The hotel check us in the garden view , which is very old , bad odors, calling has leaking area , smells moldy and the mattress is too uncomfortable.

Very happy with out stay. We were at the end of a 6 month study abroad program and had a ton of luggage and the attendant upgraded our room to a larger one to accommodate our luggage for free. The hotel has a family mart inside of it for food and souvenirs, as well as a restaurant (or two? There might have been more I’m not entirely sure). Otherwise the location isn’t super convenient. There are free shuttle buses between the hotel, station, and airport though which makes up for it.

We were very disappointed the onsen was not available. The onsen is why we chose the hotel. The hotel should let people know up front the days it is closed. The dinner buffet was overpriced.

Great place to stay. They have onsen. Clean and warm. The only downside is you need to pay for the onsen. Should be free for stay in.

Was just okay! A little old, eating here was very very expensive. Tattooed people aren’t allowed in onsen which is understandable and does not at all reflect my review, just to let other travellers know.

I love this hotel! The staffs are super friendly and the hotel lobby and rooms are newly remodeled. The best part is the outdoor hot spring. And with its price is unbeatable. I will choose this hotel for sure next time when I visit NARITA. Super recommended.

This hotel's breakfast buffet was spectacular! The best Japanese buffet I have experienced. Considering the price of the room, this hotel is an extremely good deal. I would stay at this hotel again, if I need to stay in this area. Their free shuttle bus to/from the airport worked fine too (every 30 min though, it's close to the airport). And this hotel has a hot spring too, also there's a convenient store open for 24 hours located inside the store, where you can buy souvenirs, foods, drinks, etc.

The Housekeeping is not great. This hotel is good for one or two night stays. The bad Housekeeping makes it tough to recommend for long term stays.

The room had a bit of an odd smell, although the food and service was great. Workers were friendly and kind, despite the language barrier.

I booked a garden view, and I was thrilled with spacious condition with great amenities. This is probably the best and most affordable hotel near Narita International airport that's so underrated. Breakfast buffet is great in super spacious dining restaurant atmosphere, and if you would like to experience onsen, pay extra 700 yen (go there between 4PM-7PM for nearly empty slot), and enjoy both indoor and outdoor bath. I was able to book for under $60, literally.

Do not book the garden wing super old. Not a very pleasant experience with the facility for the price paid.

The staff were professional and courteous, the room large and clean and the Bold Kitchen Restaurant was absolutely fantastic!

The side we stayed was the garden wing and it was terrible.
It was way out dated, stained/dirty looking carpets, bathrooms and walls with mold, barely any sunlight coming into the room, rock solid bed, etc.
Was very surprised to see such a hotel in Japan.
Mainly booked the hotel for the hot spring access, but was not able to go in due to personal circumstances.
Very disappointed overall.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is old but the employees are superb! They are very helpful. We love shuttle bus to airport, mall and train station. The on site Family mart and onsen are much needed bonus.
