Excellent staff at front desk and breakfast area. Great location
Problem is the noise- we are not light sleepers, but it was a bad combination of:
- Paper thin walls - we could hear the conversations from both sides of the room.
- Super loud heater in the room - we had to turn it off to watch TV. It was that loud.
- Loud fridge - we had to unplug it in order to sleep - sounded like a plane
- Our room had a balcony that faced the highway and traffic is non-stop at all hours.
Wonderful location and staff, but the noise ruined a good night’s sleep.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Loved having a balcony to enjoy the sunsets and mountain view. The road directly across the street from the hotel leads to a section of ZNP that is beautiful, and avoids the crowds. We are dinner at Balcony One. It was right up the street, delicious, and the restaurant offers a free shuttle service if you call and ask. The only downside to this property is the construction going on next door, however it wasn't overly noisy. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We were staying here as a base for Zion National Park. The room was spacious enough for my wife, my daughter, and I. The breakfast was perfect prior to heading out to the park every morning, and the gym was high quality for a hotel. A lovely stay.

Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, tiles were loose because of this. Shower also varied greatly in temperature; Hot to Luke warm for a long period of time, then back to hot if you waited long enough.

The stay was pleasant. The noise from the street next to the hotel was loud with the cars and motorcycles. The breakfast was very basic with very few options. That said, the hotel was clean, the employees pleasant and the location great.

This hotel was excellent, room was spacious and clean. grounds were nice felt quite new. Breakfast was of the normal offered by these hotels. Has a laundry room with 4washers and 4 dryer’s.
The only negative is that the walls must be thin between rooms as we could hear what was being said in the room next door, on the second night we could hear the tv next door didn’t affect our sleep but if you are a light sleeper it might. That is why I gave it 4stars rather than 5.

Made a last minute decision to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon on Labor Day. Booked this room an hour before we arrived the evening before. It was the least expensive of our limited options and did not disappoint! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a gorgeous view of the sunrise. The property as a whole was very nice, as was the free breakfast available.

The hotel is perfect for visits to Zion National Park.
There is extensive parking, the pool and gym are clean, well equipped, light and modern.
The complimentary breakfast was basic but perfect to set you up for the day.
Shops and restaurants are just a five minute drive away.
A great base for exploring the Zion area

Good stay for Zion trip. Beds very comfortable. Pool area was great. Breakfast was just ok. For the price and being a Marriott hotel, I think you expect JUST a wee bit more, but still overall a good stay!
