This was a cute, modern, well done remodeled condo. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing was the sofa bed was suppose to be for 2 and was tiny and very very uncomfortable. I would Not recommend anyone sleep on it. Also, no extra towels or shower mat. I would still very much recommend it, cute place, just be aware of these things.

I’m always skeptical when finding a place to call home during any vacation weekend.. though my expectations were surpassed when I got to Fort Lauderdale botique and hotel.. the place was not only clean but quiet with upgraded accommodations and privacy, at a great price. Off a Main Street for convenience to serveral restaurants and 10 minutes from the beach.. I love the location and neighborhood.. will definitely plan my next trip with this place in mind.. I thank you.

As always I really did enjoy my time here. I had some issues this morning with early check in. I wasn’t promised an exact time but I was promised everything but that. Problem is the gentleman that’s in charge of the property and his “I’m always right” attitude. The rooms as well as the staff were phenomenal. The place is clean, well maintained, & just nice to be at. My only problem was at check in because the door lock was not working due to excessive moisture (condensation). I called the Help Line for the property and they handled everything quickly and professionally. I enjoyed my stay there & will definitely continue to return to stay here in the future.

Terrible!! No services at all. I was suppose to check in yesterday, I never got the email with instructions. When arrived I call the 2 numbers that they have “24/7”. One of of services and the other didn’t work. I was out with my bags and had to book another hotel. Until now I haven’t hear from them.

I loved staying at this property so much I booked a second time. I felt it was such a well located, safe yet central area. The feel was more of a long term apartment; it felt spacious and safe, they offer vending machines with various kinds of products not just food. The room was clean, spacious and peaceful. I had to take away stars due to the state of the laundry room, there was literally mold in some of the detergent slots and the machines had that mildew smell. I think that’s odd for such a clean beautiful space but I couldn’t wash clothes which was an inconvenience…. I feel the same was towards the check in process that I do about the laundry. They were so kind and communicative- they instantly helped resolve the issue so I WOULD RETURN. However the fact NO ONE is on property to help with last minute bookings … it isn’t helpful when you book same day and are advised you’ll get the code to enter your hotel and suite 3 days from then.. I felt that for same day bookings an instant code should be provided - aswell as making sure the numbers posted on the gates were accurate and in service —— all in all even with those issues they were quick to help, kind in their responses and had me in my hotel in less than 30 minutes of arriving and encountering these issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location, if you’re booking on the fly let them know I’m sure they would be happy to provide those codes as ahead of time as possible - all this being said I CANT WAIT FOR MY NEXT STAY
