I only stayed for one night, but I have no complaints at all. One of the family member will welcome you and explain how to use heater and TV, as well as light in bathroom that has a energy conservation setting which activates the light to turn on, as well as a setting for it to stay on permanently, they have hot water and bed is very comfy. Rooms have a small safety deposit box, you can also heat water in your room to have some tea and if you're going on an early morning tour before 7am they will kindly prepare a breakfast bag for you to take with you. The property is located about 3-4 blocks away from the main square and Ave. Del Sol.

We stayed here for a few days on our trip to Cusco and it was a perfect base to explore the city. The owners made the stay especially great with help setting up tours, taxi's, and just being so kind with anything we needed. The room had everything we needed. While smaller and simple, it was a great deal for the price.

We loved the hospitality of Jose and Johann during our stay. Rooms were clean, location is quiet and off of the street. Fantastic customer service and good location for walking around Cusco. They helped us with airport transfers and held our bags after check out. We stayed in many places in Peru during our vacation and this was by far our favorite! Thank you Jose and Johann!

Nice place to stay in Cusco. The family running the hotel was courteous and helpful. The hotel is very close to the square which makes it convenient. The breakfast is served fresh and is a delight. We stayed in the family room which is spacious and well maintained. The terrace access was certainly a highlight for the room.

This was our second stay at Casa Cruz Verde. We loved it. The father and son who run the hotel and very available and attentive. The rooms are immaculate and had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing. We had the cooked breakfast one morning. The second morning we left early and they made a box breakfast for us to take. This place is a 10 minute walk from the Plaza des Armas. 20 minute Uber from the airport. Very convenient.

Lovely hotel managed by a family. The luxury room is just like the pictures, Big, confortable, everything is new. The hotel is inside an small patio, so no noises from the street. Breakfast is excellent, and the owners are super friendly and helped us to organize our excursions at the very last moment. A great choice!

Casa Cruz Verse has a wonderful location, about 3 blocks from Plaza de Armas. Amazing value for money - newly opened after extensive renovation; family owned with very helpful service; well appointed, comfortable rooms; fantastic breakfast made by the owner. We would come back in a flash.

The owners were fantastic!!! They went above and beyond with the small personal touches, and the big ones like, breakfast made to order in the property and helping arrange other tours with the local agency they even got up early and waited a 4am with packed breakfast bags for our early tour days 3 days in the row, we arranged airport pick up, and even though our flight was delayed by 5 hrs, we had pickup with no problem, I would absolutely recommend this place.

The stay here was perfect!! The family is so welcoming and kind. Perfect location, to walk to so many attractions and restaurants. The hotel is very clean! There was always a family member(with a smile) at the desk to assist with any of our questions. It was wonderful to start the day with such a tasty breakfast, we miss it now we are home, The morning we had to start our day at 3:30am a boxed breakfast to go was prepared for us. I must say for the 11 days we stayed in Cusco we are so happy we picked Casa Cruz. !! We wish the family only the very best!!

I do have to say I was a little disappointed when I first saw the property. The rooms are a little small, and it feels more like a B&B, but I quickly got over the disappointment. The staff was super friendly, very cordial, and very helpful. They gave us a lot of tips on how to survive the altitude, guided us through the city, and provided us with a lot of important advice for our trip. We also left early because our tour was picking us up at 6:30 a.m., and they prepared us a bag to go with lots of snacks and water, which were extremely helpful throughout our tour and even on our train ride to Machu Pichu. I will definitely recommend Casa Cruz Verde.

Very kind, extremely polite and very helpful staff, a family run hotel. The breakfast was amazing, the room beautiful and beds very comfortable. The location perfect and we had our own balcony. The stay was perfect. We showed up at around 8:30pm and were welcomed with a tea or coffee. It was a father and son who were very friendly. We had to leave at 3am and they gave us a boxed breakfast. Very clean and comfortable!

Highly recommend Casa cruz verde if you are planning on staying in Cusco. A wonderful place that is walkable distance from the Plaza and the most popular restaurants in the area. The hostess are extremely nice and they are always available to answer any questions and to support you with your travel plans. The room was great! The bed was very comfortable, hot water with good pressure, WiFi worked all around the house at high speed. The included breakfast was out of this world like their service! Thank you!

So this hotel has just opened so the rooms are brand new (I may have been the first person in my room). However, the rest of the hotel is still "in process." Not construction noisy, just not finished. The family who own/run it are super friendly and helpful. The made to order breakfast was great, they went out of their way to accommodate my food allergies. The wifi was spotty and unreliable, so not a place if you need to work. But I went to cafes and coworking spaces, which are nearby. It's not really the old town, but more downtown and one/two blocks to the historic area, so very walkable for everything you need.
