A very quiet and private neighborhood, with active neighbors who like to walk and run with their furry pals. You will see plenty of kids biking through the streets and playing in the park behind you.
Guest will have full access to the property, excluding the garage itself.
Just 15 minutes from downtown Portland and minutes from the freeway sits my oasis—where sunlight floods through generous windows by day, creating a bright and energizing vibe. As dusk falls, soft lighting transforms it into an intimate haven, showcasing high-end finishes and furnishings. It's a space designed to blend luxury with a cozy, welcoming charm, ensuring your stay feels both indulgent and like a home away from home.
This property also backs to a huge park with a playground just across the field and plenty of room for your pups to stretch their legs.

Unfortunately the tennis courts and pool are for residences only.

The home has radiant floor heating it is best not to turn off in the winter as it can take almost a full day to warm up. There is a split system in the main room, but additional fans and space heaters can be provided with advanced notice.
The atrium while peaceful, can get very warm or cold as it is still considered outdoor space. When there is heavy rain it can be loud as with the wind.
Every other Thursday our landscapers Jose and Juan, but we will give you a heads up.
