Great base for a wine tasting getaway
4.0 / 5.0
The ONLY issue was the comfort of a couple of the beds. Knowing bed comfort is highly subjective, others may be totally fine. Otherwise gets a 5* rating.

Great place for our group of 8 for wine tasting!

My daughter, two of her teammates, our families and the coach came over from our barn in Woodside to compete at the Sonoma Horse Park show. We had the perfect time at this wonderful house that was the perfect size and location. Walking distance to great food and only 25 minutes away from the horse park. The house even brought us good luck because my daughter won a championship ribbon. We will definitely be back!!!

We celebrated the 4th of July holiday at this lovely home and couldn’t have been happier. Two families (both with two kids ages 2-4) fit very comfortably and enjoyed many evenings cooking in the beautifully-renovated kitchen and playing in the backyard. There was a heat wave during our stay but the AC just its job perfectly fine. The location was such easy access to the Sonoma square and other nearby activities, like Morton’s Warm Springs and Traintown (recommend both for little ones). The host was very communicative and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a well appointed, spacious home with great amenities and close access to the historic Sonoma square. The kitchen/family room area was open and accommodating for our large family gathering with easy access to the backyard deck. Backyard felt very woodsy including several beautiful redwood trees. Overall this is a wonderful place that we highly recommend

This house was a great place to stay. We had 7 adults in our group and there was plenty of room. Fairy close to Sonoma Plaza but not necessarily walkable. Kitchen was well stocked, among the best ever according to one of us. Shade from Redwoods in back yard kept deck cool during day - and the pictured patio sofa combo was great in the evening.. this was a fine location for touring Sonoma country wineries, redwoods and beaches.

The pictures, amenities and description truly do not do this property justice! It is simply fabulous! The space, the energy and location proved wonderful for our group of 9 adults; we moved fluidly through the property and found all central Sonoma locations easily from our home base. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This home and surrounding property is beautiful, clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. The home has everything you could need, including a gorgeous backyard with a variety of seating options and outdoor games.
Clem was the perfect host! He was communicative and responsive and made sure we were comfortable for the duration of our stay.

Perfect house for a group of nine adult women staying in Sonoma for an extended weekend of fun and family get-together. The house had lots of room to spread out, beautiful shaded deck, yard and patio/fire pit. Ample parking and easy access to downtown. Also walked to nearby Reel and Brand Restaurant close by and had a fun-filled night of dinner and dancing.
Clem, Erika and their extended team were awesome hosts!

This location was perfect for a girls weekend getaway. Right in Sonoma in close proximity to great restaurants and bars - and not far for a day trip to Napa. We had plenty of space to hang out, cook, have dinner, and sleep. Plus a friendly and responsive host. The pictures don't do this place justice - great stay!

Very nice property less than a mile and a half walk into town. Close to restaurants and wine tasting. Property itself and yard is very nice

I spent New Year's eve in this house with my family (including elderly parents, children and a baby). The house accommodated us all comfortably and everything was clean and conveniently available for us. There's an insane amount of outdoor space for the kids to explore and play around in. The location is good - just 5-10 mins away from downtown, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We had a little incident with the fire pit (the wind blew one of the furniture cushions onto the fire) and when I reported the issue to Clem and offered to pay for the damage, she was just a sweetheart about it . She said she would take care of it and that we didn't have to worry about it. Such a great experience all around!

My family and I stayed at Clem's place for a family wedding. There was 10 adults total and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend and we spent many hours outside by the fire place where there was plenty of outdoor seating as well.
We did notice there was some water damage from the upstairs guest bathroom shower that was leaking into the kitchen. Luckily there were 2 other showers we were able to use and that was sufficient enough for our group. When I told Clem about the leak, he said he would have it fixed, but I said he could fix it after we're gone because we were fine with just the other 2 showers. Other than that, everything was working and it was an easy check-in process.
I would recommend this property, especially if there is a larger group.

Plenty of parking, house is large and comfortable and the backyard is for having big elegant parties. A special place and the owner, Clem, was responsive and very helpful.

Clem hosted me and several of my friends at his beautiful property. The house is spacious and the back yard is huge!
My only complaint is that I had some difficulty operating the oven -- a few of the buttons on it appeared to be malfunctioning, so if you intend to cook during your stay, contact Clem for instructions on how to operate it.

We were in the Sonoma area for our son's wedding and needed a larger space to accommodate several extended family members. This place certainly filled the bill! The location was excellent for us because is was pretty close to the wedding venue and very close to the Sonoma town square-- a charming reminder of days past, full of shops, restaurants and tasting rooms.
The property is as advertised, although the "studio" is really just a daybed over the stairs and not a separate space. We had initially expected 10 people in our party but due to a last minute change of plans ended up with only 8. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone. The master suite is huge with an ENORMOUS soaker tub (complete with Jacuzzi's) in the en-suite. The shower stall in the en-suite is a little small for large people but you have two other showers to choose from so I don't see that as a problem.
We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the setting. There are large redwoods around the property and very little traffic on the street. If you close your eyes, you can imagine that you are miles from anyone. The outside fire pit is great for after dinner conversation. The owner- Clem-- was kind enough to let us check in a little early on the day we arrived and that helped with our travel plans.
A few minor inconveniences: the TV systems are state-of-the-art but we had a heck of a time figuring out how to use them. All that cutting edge functionality leads to a lot of complexity. Ditto for the lights of which there are many on many different switches. These are nitpicks though. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the house for a wedding weekend - 8 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 infant. The house was perfect -- very convenient location, nice setup, etc. Clem was also so responsive as a host! Very accommodating with my questions and requests before we arrived and also called after we got there to make sure we were ok and didn't have any questions. Would highly recommend!
