Be on top of the world! Anchorage West 123 is a beautifully updated top floor, end unit with amazing views to lake and mountains. Near the summer lakeside heated pool. Large deck with gas grill. Complex is located right on Lake Dillon. Sleeps 6. Floor to ceiling windows in the living area allow you to be surrounded by the views. Spacious living room with flatscreen and gas fireplace. Free WiFi and cable. Fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Dining table seats 4. Kitchen bar seats 3. This south facing condo is full of light. Large covered private deck can be used year-round. Walk down the steps and out to the lakefront. Ski locker outside the front door. Pay washers and dryers are just behind the middle stairwell at the carport level. Designated carport for 1 vehicle just below the unit.

In the Winter: It's just 5 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and just 30 minutes to Vail. Less than a 5 minute drive to City Market, REI, coffee, snowsport rental, sporting goods, cinema, bowling, restaurants, brewpubs, nightlife and the Silverthorne Outlets. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops open January-March which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.
In the Summer: On the Summit County Recreation/Bike path with over 55 miles of paved trails. Easy walk to town, Friday Farmers Market, parks, sculptures. Take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the Dillon Amphitheater for shows from June to September.
