This place was perfect for our trip. It was kitted out with everything you'd imagine needing. The location was excellent, within easy reach of the city centre and Duthie Park on the doorstep. The Smart TV is fully loaded with all of the apps needed to keep the family entertained in the evening. Beds were comfy and the shower was great.

We liked the apartment very much: Comfortable bed, spacious lounge/dining area, well equipped kitchen and good bathroom shower. Problems with the heating controls not covered in the apartment instructions were soon rectified by a phone call to the host and a scratched saucepan was replaced.
We were a bit taken aback by the steep: 13 steps within the entrance plus the 8 steps up outside that might have been better described by Hotels.com for anyone like us as seniors with heavy cases. Two additional comments were that we found the settees uncomfortable and several of the blind wands were broken or missing. We did not let these minor problems adversely affect our stay.
It was a great area of Ferryhill to stay with street parking, regular bus service to the city center, close to a convenience store, and hotel with a bar and food plus a short walk to beautiful Duthie Park.
We would be happy to return.
