Nice enough room and a decent breakfast. The pool was empty & taped off & no loungers out on the terrace. Other similar properties around the hotel still had theirs out.

Staff were amzing amd friendly. Food was okay although could have had anit more variety of cuisines to it. Entertainment was alright aswell. Location was besutiful with loads of redtsursmts and the beach nudt down the road.

Good hotel with very good location in the middle of Alanye close to the beaches and the harbour. The hotel was clean and the buffet had good food. However, the swimmingpool was located in the basement level so not very much sun at the loungers. The pool bar was the worst we have ever tried. No matter which drink you ordered, it was green, tasted bad and no ice cubes. There were no smiles from the waiters and the bar personnel.

I was so pleasantly surprised at the high standard of this nicely decorated hotel. Everything that is annoying to tourists in Turkey charged as extras was taken care of. Such as safety deposit boxes and a kettle in the room.
For the overall nightly cost this was an amazing find. Staff were all wonderful. Nice lobby and internet working everywhere. Everything needed for a comfortable stay and great central location, walking distance to all Alanya areas
I would not hesitate to stay again. Add this hotel tomyour favourites for future use.

The Hotel had good location and it was good hotel, but the workers there was not friendly.
The young guy who worked at the bar was not behaving and started to lie about me and my friend , threatnd to kick us out of the hotel. But the hotel was good for its price.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to all of our needs. Great breakfast buffet every morning. The rooms are non-smoking but most (if not all) have a balcony on which they permit smoking which was very handy. It is much better than having to go outside the building if you are a smoker. Hotel was in the heart of downtown Alanya and fairly close the the beaches, It might have been a 10 minute walk to the beaches or to the harbor. Great dining facilities within just a few minutes walk. The front desk recommended a restaurant called "Ev" that was a 10 minute walk to the east on Ataturk CD. Great food and a wonderful atmosphere. We will stay at the Ramira whenever we are in Alanya!

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to all of our needs. Great breakfast buffet every morning. Could not fault the hotel whatsoever, the room we had was on the front views where great however the road noise was quite loud. When we stay again we would ask for a room at the rear.
Also the hotel was quite central which was a bonus.

I had a conflict with other guests behaving inappropriate.
While the restaurant garcon tried to calm down the situation, I tried to resolve the situation by asking the restaurant supervisor to help. However he, supervisor A. did not asserted accordingly and refused to help. this had created an unsafe and unpleasant rest of my stay.
I made a complaint with the Front Office manager aswell as the General manager who both agreed with me on the situation.
A thumbs up for them.
The restaurant supervisor and 1 other employee are not suitable to work in hospitality.
I doubt if the management is aware of their work attitude.
A smile or “how are you?” is too much effort.
Garcon Emre, the chefcook, the patisserie lady and garcon Maria make the difference.
Emre is a hospitality star, don't let him go!

And the cleaning lady made sure the room was tip top everyday and made my start of each day good by saying “günaydin!”.
Ramira has multiple locations of which Ramira Joy is the best, thanks to Rüstem, the Front Office manager there.
We stayed there last year and rated them 5 stars.
Will definitely stay there again.
The hotel team of Ramira City has got improvement to do.

The rooms, lobby, dining and pool areas are well-kept and cleaned by a very hard-working staff. My stay at the Ramira City Hotel was great for many reasons. Location. Located on main strip. The staff were the worst. You only get one card for the room. So when you’re going out you have the bring the card with you which means NO AIR CONDITION. They’re trying to save money on things like this which means they prefer saving money instead of how the customers is feeling. It’s also forbidden to have visitors. we had

booked transfers from airport to the hotel and back weeks before my hoilday and spoke to the hotel the day before just to make sure my pick up time was correct and were the driver would be with his sign with my name and hotel name.
I landed at antalya and went outside were all the transfers were with there signs but no one had my name so i waited and looked around for 45 mins and still nothing. I then phoned the hotel and was told they would phone me back, 5 mins later the hotel called and said hes running late and will be 5 mins and to wait outside burger king . 10 mins later i spotted a turkish man looking around with a sign, sign didnt have hotel name or my name then he came up to me and said ramira city hotel. This was a great start to my 7 days away.
Arived after 2hours or more due to bisy road , checked in easy shown to room 1st floor, room nice and clean ,cpl of places in room could do with some paint.
it now around 4pm so i thought i will go for a drink i like my cocktails and last yr in side the pina coladas were amazing , so i pointed to the menu to get 1 made.
All the barman did was poor the rum coconut milk and pineapple juice into a glass drop 2 ice cubes in it and pasted it to me. I dont even think they own a cocktail shaker or know how to make a basic cocktail i had 2 sips .As for food not for english , chips , chicken, some was still pink horrid sticky rice but the salad was fresh .Iended up eating out for 7 days maybe having 3 meals at the hotel.
