About this apartment rental
Make yourself at home in this 2-bedroom Depoe Bay retreat sleeps 6. Enjoy amazing views to die for from the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining rooms and deck. The unit is furnished, decorated, and features a full kitchen.
Watch a variety of marine wildlife year-round, including whales, pelicans, Brandts Cormorants, Common Murre, Orca's, and basking sea lions and more. I've seen pelicans drafting right off the deck so close you can almost touch them.
Guests enjoy full resort privileges, including indoor/outdoor pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, 3 hot tubs, 2 clubhouse/fitness centers, and playgrounds. Elevator and luggage carts are provided. Just show up, relax, and enjoy. There are 300 yards of RV/Boat parking on Hwy 101.
Depoe Bay is known as the “whale watching capital of the Oregon Coast.” The stunning beauty of Depoe Bay's rugged rocky coastline, snug harbor, and close proximity to Lincoln City and Newport make it a popular destination on the Central Oregon Coast. The resort features multiple swimming pools and spas open for guests year-round. Other activities include beachcombing, hiking, fishing, biking, kayaking, whale watching, clamming, tennis, table tennis, working out in the fitness center, playing pool in the game room, sipping coffee in the lobby, or walking downtown to visit the shops and attractions.
The rock island that abuts Whale Pointe at building C, Pirates Cove Island, is part of the Oregon Islands Complex National Wildlife Refuge—an important wildlife habitat. Enjoy viewing the variety of bird populations that nest and inhabit the island throughout the year.
Nearby is Lincoln City North 11 miles 20 minutes; Newport South 14 miles 20 minutes; Sandy beach of Fogarty Creek State Park 1.4 Miles 3 minutes away.
The resort requires a $250 credit card hold for any damages at checkin. Minimum booking requirements are generally two nights from September to June. During the summer season, there is a three-night minimum stay unless fewer nights are available. You will be staying in my privately owned condo while the resort is managed and operated by Worldmark by Wyndham. The front desk at Guest services is attended 24/7. They will take care of your questions & needs.
