I wondered initially if the property would be as nice as it looked in the pictures. It actually far surpassed the pictures which did not capture the million-dollar view and the constant whale activity...what a wonderful surprise!
The home was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and appointed, very comfortable and good location, easy to get to.
We were content to spend a great deal of our 4 days and nights enjoying the beautiful comfort and view of this property!!

Clean and well-maintained condo with a beautiful view. Well-stocked kitchen, lots of games, movies, and puzzles, and room for the whole family. Check-in and Check-out were easy, and the lovely bottle of wine left for us was such a sweet gesture. Will definitely return!

I live in Maryland, as does one of my sons. My other son lives in Oregon, and we all get together on the coast every year for a few days. The place was spectacular, had everything we needed, and was close to many wonderful areas to visit, super comfortable, and all the amenities we could ask for.

This property is gorgeous and wonderfully stocked with everything one might need in the kitchen. The views are spectacular (we were even able to watch a whale for over two hours from the comfort of the living room), and the furnishings and art are beautiful. And the kitchen!!!! We were able to cook a vast array of great dishes, as the kitchen truly has everything one might need. Hot water tap, two types of coffee makers, newer appliances, and tons of cookware meant that we foodies got to cook a lot. Ample serving dishes are also supplied to be able to set a pretty table. The bedrooms and baths are a comfortable size, and the beds were very comfortable. And the views!!! Just wow! Crashing waves can be easily seen and heard from the living room and deck. This is just an outstanding property!

The condo is exactly as in the photos-practically right on the water. Aside from the spectacular location, it was spotless and well equipped. Bonus was seeing whales VERY close to our balcony!

We were looking forward to seeing whales as referenced in other reviews and we were not disappointed! The views were fantastic and we saw many whales. The location was great and the condo was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. I would highly recommend this condo!

I guess the title says it all. When you first walk into the apartment and see the view all you can do is say WOW. When the whales swim by ....again WOW. And when you look around the apartment and see all the dolphins and lighthouses that have been collected...WOW. The apartment is just fantastic, kitchen great and the view unbelievable. And it is not just me. Even the always tik-tok-teens were very active in spotting the whales (and they also give the thumbs up for the WIFI performance).

A little bit of Heaven
Wow….is all I can say. The condo is absolutely beautiful, it is equipped with everything a visitor could need. The location and view are totally amazing. My sister and nephew hadn’t been on a vacation in a long time and my nephew said it was the best time he had had in a very long time. It definitely is a very calming place!!!!

Another whale of a time in Depoe Bay
This was our third stay in Depoe Bay in the last ten years. The nearly 180 degree view providing the opportunity to watch whales was a key reason for our return and renting this condo. Although the whales seemed shy compared to past years, in addition to grey whales and many seals we also saw two small pods of orcas, all from the two very comfortable chairs in the living room no more than thirty yards from the water's edge.
The condo is richly decorated and the well-stocked kitchen is perhaps the finest in our many years of VRBO bookings. For coffee aficionados, the dual coffee pot allows preparing a regular pot and decaf pot at the same.
The two major bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with double sinks) easily accommodate two couples or an invited guest. We did not use the third Murphy bed room which is ideal as a den and work space for one conducting business.
Unfortunately, I left my hearing aids in their charging case when we departed. Fortunately, the manager was contacted before we departed from Portland airport and my hearing aids and charger were back in Wisconsin the following week.
For those with a sweet tooth, give Depoe Baykery a try. Imagine sipping your favorite cup of joe, enjoying your favorite sweet and being the first to yell There She Blows!

Awesome Place
We very much enjoyed the view and the local amenities. The salt water taffy is made right there in Depot Bay and is always fresh. The recreation room and pool area are kept very clean. We had a great time. I recommend to everyone to go and stay at the place we were. It was amazing.

The view of the ocean is amazing! The condo is well furnished and maintained! Very comfortable in our stay! Already booked a return trip! Close to Lincoln City and Newport. Located in Depoe Bay the view of the ocean is wonderful!

Property was exactly how they described it. Very clean and perfect size for my family of 6. Loved the balcony and to our surprise got to see baby whales every day we were there. The clubhouse was in the perfect location and my kids loved going swimming. The condo was easy to find and access and checkout was just as simple. really recommend staying here!!!

As beautiful as the pictures
Travelled with a couple of sisters and my niece and truly one fo the most beautiful properties I have stayed at. Beautifully decorated every little touch thought of. The beds were incredibly comfortable and loved the two recliners overlooking the ocean. Not that there was a bad sea view anywhere in the living areas. Could not have had a better time. Highly recommended.

Wave watching paradise
Condo was beautifully decorated, modern, and in excellent shape. Ocean breakers were 75 ft out the windows which made for excellent storm watching in January. Loved the quiet of the complex. We are returning for sure.

Love the property! Great view and it felt like home! The Management Company was helpful and be sure to talk to them with issues, Home Away had our dates wrong but Management had sent an invoice with the correct dates.

THE OCEAN CALLS
Staying that close to the ocean for us who live in the interior is a very good experience. The roar of the wave was an adventure. The opportunity to see the whales from the living room is restful. Very nice place and location.

This is a beautiful, comfortable condo that has everything you could possibly need. There are amazing views - and yes we saw whales from the balcony - a well-stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds.
The only disappointment is that none of the bedrooms was on the water. The listing doesn't doesn't address it one way or another. I have stayed in that complex several times before and all of them had the master on the ocean side so I just assumed. So that is on me. Had a great time regardless. We went with another couples so needed 2 king beds. If I had the same needs I would stay there again.

Good property
Very well appointed and located in an excellent spot overlooking a rocky coastline. Looked very new and was very clean. Interior decor was excellent and mirrored the theme of a coastal location. While we did not use the kitchen for cooking, the level of appliances was very high. More than adequate cooking utensils were in evidence.

Great view
We had a great time saw alot of whales. The only problem we had was the master bedroom. The bed was to soft the sheets and blanket kept coming loose I tucked it in several times. I was the only one in the bed. The front bedrooms were very hot we had to put the air on and the smaller room no air conditioner.
The kitchen was stocked well nicer than any other place we stayed. The other drawback no access to any of the beach.
