Reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning in upstairs living area; Downstairs games room has reverse cycle spilt-system air-conditioning; Pedestal fans. Spacious upstairs living area with direct access to balcony with sea views; Recliner and sofa seating; Large television (with USB & HDMI ports) upstairs, with Foxtel channels; DVD player; Elliptical machine (cross trainer). Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and stovetop, microwave, rain water, medium-sized fridge with freezer on top; 2 Nespresso coffee machines (guests needs to bring standard Nespresso compatible pods, or Vertuo capsules); Small kitchen appliances including kettle, toaster, SodaStream, airfryer, electric frypan, sandwich maker; Bar fridge upstairs for drinks; Stairgate. Downstairs games room has wall-mounted television with built-in DVD player; DVDs; Arcade tabletop game; PlayStation 2, with controllers and games; 3-in-1 games table with table tennis, 8-ball and air hockey; Books; Board games. Full laundry facilities with front load washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. Upstairs balcony has bench seating with views of the coast; Seating with bar stools; Weber Q barbecue. Downstairs undercover entertaining area in the rear yard; Hooded gas barbecue; Outdoor dining and seating; Bar seating; Chair swing. Secure rear yard; Fire pit (guests need to bring their own wood & observe fire regulations); Fish cleaning facilities. Off-street driveway parking for 3 cars and a boat; No guest access to garage. 3-minute walk to beach; Beach access pathways across from house and at end of road. Pets by arrangement only ($100 refundable bond applies per pet) - inside pets accepted.
DIRECTIONS: Follow Yorke Highway south towards Marion Bay, and turn left onto Willyama Drive. Take the first right onto Templetonia Crescent and the first left onto Waratah Avenue. Justashaq is located on the right at number 18, with a yellow holiday rental sign at the front.
