This rental was really cute. The place was very clean and near everything - CMU, downtown, shopping, sightseeing, etc. It was in a very quiet complex. We had plenty of space. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided.

We had a good stay. The patio out front was a nice morning and evening hangout. The place was very quiet, even though it is next to a main road.

This property worked great for our stay

We loved this property so much we tried to re-book a year out! It is fantastic for couples and families alike. We were very happy with the neighborhood, walked to the local coffee shop one morning and walked around each evening after dinner. We felt very safe and secure in and out of the property as well. We ate breakfast out in the backyard in the comfortable lawn set under the sun and found everything we needed in the kitchen to make multiple meals.

We had an amazing stay in Grand Junction. The condo was very nice and perfect for what we needed :) Colorado was beautiful we will definitely be back to the mountains soon!

Good location for traveling around the area, the carport is great as well as the very private patio. All the amenities you need at a good price. The toilets could have been a bit cleaner, the backs were not overly clean and it was dusty in places. Otherwise, a great place that was very quiet and quaint.

Cozy, comfortable and quiet - it was the perfect place to hang out while attending Night Vision!

The place is just as described in listing. Had a fully stocked kitchen to make meals, enough towels, bedding, etc. It is right next to a busier street so if you are a light sleeper keep this in mind. Host was easy to talk to and check in was easy.

This property was all I hoped for and more! It was exceedingly clean and very well stocked with everything needed. Loved the luxurious towels! It is located close to Downtown and an easy drive to numerous restaurants, breweries and shopping. It is also a quick drive to the airport and was easy to get to Colorado National Monument, our vacation hiking destination. I would gladly stay here again.

This condo was very easy and relaxing; clean and comfortable. We had quick access to all Grand Junction locations that we needed. Very nice stay!

The place was great for a small group and it was a great location. Definitely recommend this place! We will be using it every time we come! Thank you!

Property was as described and pictured. Patio area was my favorite place to have morning tea. The road noise of the busy traffic was the only drawback, but not within the control or the host, of course.
4.7
Cute little apartment in a great location. Made it easy to go all the places we needed to. Clean and accurately described in listing.

Stayed here for over 2 weeks with my daughter while she recovered from surgery. Decor was so cute that I took pictures for future ideas for my own place. At the intersection of 2 main streets, but I found this convenient not so busy that it kept us up at night. Only issue was the dishwasher, which I'm sure Wendy has had fixed. She was great to work with!

Well appointed condo tucked away from the hustle and bustle! Super easy check in and check out process. Very homey feel. Will definitely stay again!

Property was very clean and well appointed. The covered parking was good and access to the sights in Grand Junction was easy.

A bit "meh" when you pull up, but don't let that fool you. The owner did a lovely job with the space. There was a nice coffee maker, selections of coffee (I'm sure there was tea too, but I'm a coffee lover, so I didn't pay close attention), and a well stocked kitchen. I also appreciated that the owner put together a notebook that gave information about the unit.

Cute, comfy, and convenient.

This is a great place to stay in Grand Junction. It is well appointed and has lots of extras. It's clean and convenient to downtown and all the things the area has to offer. There's a great breakfast place across the street, too. Wendy is wonderful to work with and the locking bike shed was a real plus. We will be back and I recommend you book it!

We enjoyed our stay! Second time at this group of properties and this unit was beautiful. Will stay here again. Great location- close to downtown, CMU, the Monument… loved it and would recommend it to friends.

It was a central location not far from Palisade and close to restaurants as well

Very relaxing and slow moving—great pace after suffering several weeks of extreme heat in Texas.
The host provided everything we needed and the unit was very clean.
Thanks for your hospitality !

The major complaint I have is that the floors were dirty...so much so that my feet turned black. The cleaning fee was refunded after i complained and asked for a refund but it kind of ruined my stay.

Very nice Condo I stayed there with my sister.

Well equipped with cooking, bathroom & laundry supplies. Pleasant decor, spacious feel. Patio & grill a plus.
During morning & evening rush-hour, traffic noise can be intense but did not find it overwhelming.
Would stay again.

Well kept, very well stocked kitchen, tastefully decorated.
We like the concenience of the washer/dryer and enjoyed use of the living areas. It is in an easily accesible location, which also brings a bit of road noise from nearby traffic.
For our weekend stay, we enjoyed it and thought it perfect for a home base in the evenings. Would stay again.

It was great. The only minor issue would be locating it had an address but it was hard to find the Unit.

Great first Vrbo experience. Great communication and directions for check out.

We really appreciate you accommodating us!

Jan’s place was absolutely adorable. It is close to everything and even has an outdoor seating area with chairs/table and a grill. A great place to sit and have coffee in the mornings while it’s still nice and cool.

I am a travel nurse who stayed at the property for 3 months. The property is just as described. Very close to all the amazing things in Grand Junction. Well stocked with all the essentials. Loved the outside storage for my bike. Didn't get to use the patio because it was cold when I was there. The Landlord was very responsive when I needed something and communicated well when services were needing to do done (i.e. exterminator etc).
My only negative to this place is the road noise. There is a hospital close-by and busy street right next to it which makes sleeping difficult during the day. However, I know they are replacing the windows so hopefully this will help.
I loved my visit to Grand Junction and this little place was a big part of it. Thank you for letting me stay!
4.7
It was a nice place to stay, close to everything you could want or need.

This place is perfect for a quick weekend away! Gorgeous outdoor seating (this pictures don't do it justice), but it is on the corner of a busy street. Smart TV, kitchen appliances, easy entry, & comfy bedrooms. I would absolutely stay here again!
