- This home is a duplex, and as such, you may occasionally hear some noise from the guests staying in the unit above yours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding.
- The Great Alaska Railroad's Girdwood Depot is 0.2 mile away and a 5-min walk from the home.
- Girdwood Station - featuring a coffee shop, pizza, bakery, and fuel - is .06 mile from the home and less than a 12 min walk via the Bird to Gird Pathway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
