Situated on The Strand in the historic conservation precinct of the charming coastal town of Port Elliot, this beautifully restored home is an easy stroll to hotels, restaurants and shops, and the famous Port Elliot bakery.
With oceans views and a quick walk to the beach your vacation is ready made in this beautiful property.
The Space:
Comprising 3 bedrooms with queen beds, this holiday home is perfect for a couples getaway or for a weekend away with friends. 2 modern bathrooms, a sitting room with a TV. The lovely windows face Horseshoe Bay, and a kitchen/dining area with a breakfast nook featuring beautiful leadlight windows.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, electric oven and a microwave.
Reverse Cycle air-conditioning in the living area.
Bedroom one and two have a queen bed and drawers for clothing storage with a wardrobe in bedroom one.
Bedroom three includes a queen bed and bunk bed and chest of drawers.
All bedrooms have a sitting area with comfortable seating.
Main bathroom is fully renovated and modern with a spacious shower, vanity and a toilet.
There is a second bathroom also beautifully appointed including a shower, vanity and toilet.
The laundry has a washing machine and access to outside.
There is an outside room with a portable BBQ and second fridge and extra outdoor furniture and beach equipment.
Enjoy relaxing on the wide verandah overlooking the beautiful Horseshoe Bay and rose garden.
The fully fenced garden offers a front and a back veranda as well as driveway to park 2 cars.
The lawn is a lovely area for children to play.
This property is pet friendly for small dogs - outside only please.
There are stand alone fans and heaters throughout the home.
