Zentrale und saubere Unterkunft

Ein großzügiges und sauberes Zimmer. Veranda zum Hinsetzen vorhanden. Die Lage ist wirklich klasse; sehr zentral und fußläufig zu Strand und Restaurants.

Die Tür und die Veranda gehen zur Straße, wo es durch Quads und Motorräder etwas lauter ist. Check in etwas kompliziert, da vor Ort zunächst niemand erreichbar war.

Comfiest bed - huge big room - nice bathroom - super clean.

Nothing to moan about - all Good. staff are not on site but came within 2 minutes to help me check in.

Ok for short stop

Location

Unfortunately service was bad, we did asked for early checkin the response was negative and that’s fine, but arrived on 15 h our room was not ready, we did need to wait half and hour more . The address in booking.com is false information. The address is for their office, tried to call the number- no answer. Thanks for the girl next door, she showed us where to go, and the reception was in another hotel… We were 4 people and in the room we did found 2 only two new towels. The hand towel in bathroom was used by previous guests. Dirty everywhere - bathroom, shower, plates, cups…

Spacious clean room .

spacious, good size shower, hot water, comfortable bed, hanging rails for clothes( don’t always get enough hangers). Fridge a bonus. WiFi good…

microwave available … without any containers to use. ( we bought a dish to use).. communication with staff poor( no one available over our weekend).

Large room with an awesome patio, great for families

My family was very comfortable here! The room was huge, clean and about a 4 minute walk to the beach. It's about a block off of the main square, it was quiet. The biggest bonus was being able to use the sister properties, they have pools! Great value for families!

Four nights in Holbox

Position. The room was clean and tidy. The staff gave us many helpful information and we booked also a tour with them (the apartments refer to Mittoz Hotel and it’s possible use the hotel terrace with pool and bar on top)

The wifi didn’t work even if we told about the problem to the staff. All the island have problems with internet and be without connection in the room could be a problem (we needed to check in for the flight). No change of towels in 4 days but maybe it wasn’t included: we suggest to check the conditions of the booking.

Nice room for longer stay.

Big room with balcony and fridge. Separate toilet and shower room. Easy check-in and out. Located close to center and easy to walk from the ferry.

Might be loud at night due to music in Bars/restaurants (still more quiet than center / good compromise). Bed to soft and cover sheet was not fresh washed (there was dirt). Shower room does not have any window and smells moldy.

Awesome place to stay in Holbox with amazing staff.

We had an amazing stay here. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with good pressure. On top of that the staff provided amazing service by letting us drop our bags off in the room early and holding our bags for us after we checked out which really was above and beyond. Also, the front porch had nice chairs to hang out on which we loved.

Superb

Holbox is very small, so any location is close to the beach. But Mi Viejo Chit is literally 4 blocks away. The rooms are great, very spacious, super comfortable, clean. Everything works very well. And from past pictures I can see it has grown. Nicely done. I totally recommend this place, we stayed 2 nights and it was totally worth it to choose this stay. In addition to the beach, the main square is 2 blocks away and in the surroundings very cool places to have breakfast lunch, dinner and buy local stuff! :) P.S. room was better than in the pictures.

Not too much communication with the hosts. But it was fine and they offered help whenever needed.
