The main living space of the kitchen and dining rooms are open, with vaulted ceilings and ocean views. The dining table comfortably seats ten people. The fully equipped, spacious kitchen is ready to take on the best cooks. Embrace your inner chef with ample counter space, double ovens, a warming drawer, a dishwasher, and much more. The extended countertop has bar stools for four "amateur" chefs to watch and learn as the masters take the wheel.
The house is designed with easy access to all three levels by a spiral staircase. The primary bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed, a full bathroom with heated floors, and a living area to watch your late-night shows on a large flat-screen TV. The primary bedroom has a private entrance to the north viewing deck for a personal sunset experience. Located down the hall is an additional sofa sleeper area that can be used as a secondary TV room or draw the curtains for a private sleeping area.
The upstairs bedroom has a queen and two twin beds with a full bath and breathtaking views of the ocean landscape. A beautiful custom barn door can fully enclose the space. The downstairs bedroom is a place to rest where you can listen to the waves crash until you fall asleep, either in the comfortable day bed or luxurious queen bed. There is also a full bath to refresh after a day at the beach.
The home boasts a full wrap-around deck with spectacular views. The south deck is off the dining area with a picnic table and gas grill for the summer cooks. The North deck has two levels with sweeping views of the coast, Neahkahnie Mountain, and lounging chairs to relax and enjoy the ocean air. You will find a foosball table, an extra fridge/freezer, a beach wagon, and toys for the beach in the garage.
