The property has high quality fixtures and finishing's throughout, beautifully appointed fitted kitchen, a large double bedroom, a further single bedroom/study, beautifully appointed bathroom, open plan sitting/dining/living area and a generous balcony located to the rear of such. On entry to Saddler Court there is a gated entrance providing vehicular or personnel access which in turn leads to the allocated off-road parking space marked No. 7. A secure communal door provides access to the stairs rising to the first floor as well as lift access to the first floor where Apartment No. 7 is located.

HALLWAY: Providing access to the principal rooms, with storage immediately on the right-hand side, plus shoe store, and to the end of the corridor the:
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST/LIVING AREA: The kitchen is particularly well appointed with a matching range of wall and base units with fitted appliances, including an induction hob with oven under and extractor over, fitted dishwasher, sink inset with drainer and mixer tap over as well as an integrated fridge/freezer. Pans and cookware are provided and in here one will find the welcome pack with everything you need to know about your stay. There is a small dining table for informal dining as well as a cosy seating area with a sofa and 2 seats set adjacent to each other, the sofa providing a good view of the smart TV. Full width bi-fold doors open out onto the substantial:-
BALCONY: Abutting the rear of the property which provides a sunny space for alfresco dining or a morning coffee.
PRINCIPAL BEDROOM: Generous in size, home to a king-size bed and ample integrated storage and hanging space.
BEDROOM2/STUDY: Capable of catering for 1 further guest. With integrated storage and hanging space and a useful desk area for remote working.
BATHROOM: Salubriously appointed with a fitted white suite comprising WC, hand wash basin, slipper bath with mixer taps over and a generous walk-in shower with a drencher head and personnel shower head over.
UTILITY CUPBOARD: located in the entrance hall which comprises a stacked washing machine and dryer for guests’ use.
No smoking/ No vaping.
No shoes. Storage cupboard in hall.
No music past 10pm.
Please carry wheeled suitcases from as far as possible, rather than rolling.
