Princes Place Living is a collection of two beautifully designed apartments located in the same building, available to book as one listing, making it perfect for large group stays.
The first unit offers a homely, modern design with a bright white interior, wooden laminated flooring, and furnishings in shades of blue, grey, and amber. This apartment features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for gathering and dining. A wooden dining table and breakfast bar provide plenty of space for meals, while the living area boasts a Smart TV, two accent chairs, and two sofas that convert into double beds, sleeping up to 4 guests. The two equally stylish bedrooms feature blue divan bases, plush pillows, and framed artwork. The first bedroom has two double beds, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a desk, perfect for work or as a dressing table.
The second unit is a stylish three-bedroom apartment with a modern yet charming design. The space is bright and airy, with a white interior enhanced by sophisticated wooden accents on the doors, floors, and furniture, as well as colourful soft furnishings that add warmth to the decor. This unit features three bedrooms—one with two double beds and the others with a double bed each. All bedrooms include a desk that can be used for work or as a dressing table. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area provides a comfortable space to unwind, featuring a sofa that converts into a double bed and a large wall-mounted TV for your entertainment.
Both units boast a total of four sparkling clean bathrooms—two in each apartment. Each main bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower, while the second bathrooms are equipped with a WC, wash basin, and shower.
Each kitchen is fully kitted with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and more.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to both apartments. Access to the apartments are via secure keypad systems and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets.
The apartments are located on the upper floor of the building, accessible via stairs.
Other Things to Note:
The apartments are located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Located in Princes Road, Princes Place Living is surrounded by historic churches such as Princes Road Synagogue, Welsh Presbyterian Church and Greek Orthodox Church of St Nicholas. Within close proximity to the quaint Georgian Quarter, you can enjoy scenic buildings and original cobbled streets with only a few minutes walk away.
The Philharmonic and Everyman Theatre is a 20 minute walk away. It is close to some of the best and most beautiful venues in Liverpool such as the Florist, The Quarter, The Art School restaurant and many more!

Hop on the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront.
