This spacious three-story townhome has everything you need for a memorable vacation in the mountains. It's unique, comfortable; a unit with lots of light and great views. Decorated with a southwestern touch and boasts over 3000 square feet of living space. It sleeps seven in three comfortable bedrooms. A large deck adds openness where a gas grill and outside dining are available. It’s an inviting gathering spot offering amazing views of Nottingham Lake and Beaver Creek Mountain.A welcoming foyer provides place for jackets, boots, hats, shoes, and skis, storage.The main level of this wonderful property is equipped with an open floor plan and hardwood floors. The family room is cozy and welcoming and exudes comfort. Enjoy HDTV, free WiFi, and a warm wood-burning fireplace. There is dining table and island seating available to gather at, full-size washer/dryer and full guest bath, as well a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with supplies. Cooking not your thing? The Town of Avon is right down the street and offers many dining options.The master and first guest bedroom are located on the upper floor. The master offers a king bed, comfy linens and its own bathroom with dual sinks, shower/tub combo and skylight. There is also an attached deck offering views of Beaver Creek Resort! The guest bedroom is situated with a king bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with skylight and gorgeous views.The lower floor features another living area with couch, TV, and wood-burning fireplace with an attached flex space. There’s also a desk if you need to catch up on work while traveling. There is a full bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo, make-up counter and even a private sauna! The bedroom is fitted with a queen and a twin bed as well as a step out deck, the perfect place to drink your morning coffee and breathe in fresh mountain air. There are three ski resorts close by for your greatest powder snow experience! Beaver Creek Resort - a handy 5 minutes away. Arrowhead – 10 minutes. Vail -15 minutes. Every season has an abundance of activities and beautiful sites. Other amenities include covered parking at the front door, an assigned parking space and guest spaces. The complimentary in-town shuttle is a short 5-minute walk away making stops at restaurants, the grocery store, and Beaver Creek Resort. Exceptional stay at this clean, well-appointed home. Conveniently located with easy access to the slopes, shopping, and apres ski, this 3000 square foot condo had everything our family could ask for: a well-stocked kitchen for the family chef, cozy fireplaces, (and a well stocked woodpile), for those chilly evenings, huge picture windows that let in the light, and gave us those snowy mountain vistas, even our own private sauna. Comfortable beds, with humidifiers for each bedroom, kept us well rested and able to face the daunting task, lol, of freshly powdered slopes every morning. Communication with the property manager/owner was fast easy and efficient. Hard to beat this winner. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Nice unit in an area with reasonable access to town. On the plus side checkin was easy and the unit was quite large.and clean. Downside was road noise and furnishings that were worn and not consistent with the images online. That said it is a nice unit and we enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of room for the whole family. Everyone had a private place for sleeping and plenty of bathrooms each with showers. Easy location to get into the main part of town and Beaver Creek Resort.

Well furnished floor rugs were a hazard everyone kept tripping on them. Also the fireworks were cancelled and was definitely not worth the extra fee. Would be nice to get some kind of refund.

Place was very large and very comfortable. Great location with the best view Beaver Creek mountain!! We really loved this place and will be back next year. Has everything you need for a fabulous vacation, beds are heavenly. Close to everything.
