Only two blocks off the St. Charles parade Route, a 14 minute walk from the Superdome/Arena French Quarter and Harrah’s Casino, this 5 bedroom 5 bathroom house will have you living a VIP lifestyle for the duration of your stay in NOLA. The house features a separate bar and game area and high-end furniture and appliances. We are steps from some of the best restaurants in the city and within 1.5 blocks of a Rouses market.
Our home is within a mixed use building located in an urban neighborhood within close proximity to a mix of uses, including residential, retail, and commercial. Exterior noises may sometimes be heard in the house during normal business hours.

• High Speed cable internet
• Shower Essentials including shampoo, conditioner and bodywash

You will find that our home is well located in the heart of the historic Warehouse District, between Uptown and the French Quarter. We are a very short ride away or only a 12 minute walk from the French Quarter. We are also just a short walk away from the National World War II Museum, Ogden Museum of Art, the Smoothie King Center and Superdome. If you’re looking to be close to the best of New Orleans, this is it.
Getting Around:
Heading to the French Quarter is easy. • Uber/Lyft/Taxi is about a 6 minute ride away
• Walk/bike: easy 14 minute walk or 10 minute ride through the CBD. Head in the opposite direction as the traffic on Baronne Street.
• Via Public Transport
o Take a left outside of our home and walk 0.5 blocks to Julia Street. Take a Right on Julia and walk 1 block to Carondelet Street. On Carondelet Street take the Streetcar line down to Canal Street where it ends. Canal Street Marks the beginning of the French Quarter

This condo is located within a multi-unit building. Two additional 4 bedroom units and a 2 bedroom Unit are available for groups requiring additional accommodations.
