We had nine ladies staying here for a long weekend and had plenty of room. The house is absolutely gorgeous, beautiful staircases, windows, fully stocked kitchen. All the amenities you would need. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the huge dining table playing cards. The location is fabulous for walking to so many of the sites nearby. Leeann, our host is a great communicator and very accommodating. We look forward to staying again next year when we return to NOLA!

Leeann was a wonderful host. We comfortably fit our entire group in the house with plenty of room to spare. The pool was enjoyed multiple days and the location was prime to walk to all parts of scenic New Orleans. LeeAnn was wonderful in her communication, and even left us beignets one morning for breakfast! I will certainly stay again at her property when I go back to NOLA.

We rented this house out for a bachelor party with 10+ people. The house provided everything we could have hoped for. I highly recommend it for large groups.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and in a safe area. The host went above and beyond to make this an incredible experience. The responsiveness of the host was absolutely incredible

Recently completed a stay at this property for a large group trip to New Orleans. The property is very large, spacious and was great for our group. Very walkable to French Quarter and other surrounding areas.
I'd highly recommend!

We had a large group in town for Jazzfest / Bachelor Party extravaganza, and this house met all of our needs and then some. The house is exceptionally charming, and has plenty of space for a large group to spread out. It is also extremely well located - only a 15 minute walk to the quarter, also a short drive over to the expressway in case you're getting out of town.
Lee Ann was an absolute delight as a host as well - extremely friendly, communicative, and flexible as our plans changed around. She's among the best hosts I've ever met doing this sort of thing.
Cannot reccomend this house enough!

If you have a large party and want to stay in a central location, this place works very well. Lots of beds. Nice common areas. Lee Ann is a gracious and accommodating host.

This was my second time staying in Lee Ann’s beautiful property and it was just as dreamy as the first. Lee Ann was extremely responsive and helpful leading up to and during the stay. The home looks even better than the pictures and the beds are so comfortable. It was the perfect place to host my bachelorette party and I can’t say thank you enough!!!

We had a very large group and the house has a ton of beds that can accommodate everyone. The second story balcony was fantastic and the house is within walking distance to all the main attractions. Would definitely recommend!

Good location, communicative host, great amenities, comfy beds. Great for a 30th birthday party!!

This is an 1845 house that has survived and been retrofitted to modern life. That said, it is not a hotel - it is still an 1845 house with its crotchets and its retrofit crotchets! Just relax and enjoy the beautiful house, the safe neighborhood, the excellent location, the wonderful owner-host who is on-call, and all of New Orleans.

I hosted 11 friends for the weekend in New Orleans and this house was perfect. Everyone had their own bed, it was easy to walk to attractions and the host was super responsive. I fact, I can say Lee Ann was the most accommodating host I have ever rented a property from. Would totally stay here again if was I was coming back with a large group.

Great central location for our bachelorette, with wonderful decor and an excellent stock of toiletries and other items that made our stay very smooth.

I had fallen in love with NoLa when we celebrated my 50th birthday here ten years ago. I knew I wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday here as well. This time I had three criteria:
1. I wanted to stay in an older place that could comfortably board myself, my husband, and four of my favorite couples. 2. My husband is handicapped and walks with canes and or crutches, and a working dog. I needed a space with an elevator. 3. I wanted to be in the Arts District. This house met all those criteria and also came with a wonderful host. Leann met my people in person and was friendly and very helpful during our entire stay. We needed to contact her a couple of times during our stay, and she was responded immediately.
I hope I don't wait another ten years to return to this vibrant city that speaks to my soul. When I do return I would love to rent this space again. CKK

This was one of the best experiences i've had yet with renting out properties. LeeAnn was incredible at communication and facilitating any requests we may have had regarding the property. The house is located within walking distance of every place we wanted to go, and was just far away from the noise and craziness. The house was a blast and had fun things all around to make it all that more entertaining. I will be recommending this property to anyone that asks me where to stay. Thanks again for a memorable weekend!

It was an amazing experience, starting with Lee Ann who was a tremendous host who went out of her way to accommodate us and to meet us to show us the place. It's 4 stories and such a great place, particularly for large groups (ours was a bachelor party weekend). The location is also so great being right next door to the WW2 museum, which is one of the best of the world. Thank you Lee Ann!

Lee Ann was a joy to book with. She is so kind and quick to respond to questions! The house was so spacious and full of character. Would love to stay here again next time we have another big girls weekend to NOLA!

Our 10th short term rental in NOLA, and our favourite so far. The location is great. We really enjoyed checking out the art galleries on Julia, and eating in Pêche, Sofia and True Food Kitchen. The house is brilliant. Very large bedrooms, comfy beds, a great heating / AC system on each floor, good bathrooms and lots of towels. The elevator was very useful for moving our luggage upstairs and parking in the covered parking lot next door was very easy. The neighbourhood felt very safe compared to some of the areas we’ve stayed, and we enjoyed our walk to and from the Smooth King Centre and the FQ. Thanks for a great stay!

We absolutely loved the property. I came down to New Orleans with a big group of friends to celebrate my bachelor party and could not have asked for a better location for a big group. Walking distance to all the great parts of the city and a great main floor to gather everyone together.

Our three night stay was a huge success. Great location, nice bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen with multiple refrigerators. No complaints at all!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It comfortably fit our group of 18 and was a solace during a the heat wave happening in NOLA! We easily accessed all our desired areas of New Orleans from this house and would recommend to anyone looking to bring a large group like we did.

This property is just as it is described, and more.
It is HUGE! We were a party of 8 who stayed in this house -- 3 generations under one roof in town to celebrate my son's college graduation. It was the perfect place! We were even able to host a dinner party for 13 at the dining-room table!
There are about 5 bedrooms, but multiple beds in each room so lots of flexibility. There is even a working elevator to bring heavy suitcases (or elderly family members) up to the 3rd floor.
There are numerous restaurants within a short walk -- my all-time favorite being May-Pop. And, a Whole Foods, and CVS a couple blocks away.
Lee-Ann was a terrific host -- very personable and caring.
We had such a fun time -- if I ever get to host a large group again in New Orleans, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I was with 17 other women for a bachelorette party and this house was AMAZING. It was authentic in its style, the size of the house was bigger than we could imagine and the host was super responsive before and during our stay. Location was truly perfect too. $8ish Uber from the house to bourbon street and walking distance to come great little coffee shops. It was perfect.

This house is in a fantastic location! It’s very clean, historic, and sleeps so many people. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting NOLA! Lee Ann was very responsive and a great host!

This truly is a special property. The location is perfect. So many great restaurants nearby and other essentials. It was a very short walk into the Quarter, but also conveniently located by both the River Walk and the Garden District. Everything was so walkable and easy to get to. The house is HUGE and Lee Ann (& past guests) have really stocked everything you could possibly need. There are toiletries in the bathrooms, numerous towels, etc. It's really great to be able to travel in a group and have a space large enough to have everybody sit together and either lounge or eat a meal. There's a lot of space that you can either do things together, or you can break away and have some privacy. We all absolutely loved the fact that there was a fully stocked liquor cabinet (we also shared our part and added a couple of additional bottles) and all of the fun party props/accessories/decor. There was a drawer FULL of beads, which was perfect considering we were in town for Krewe du Vieux. This is a grand old house with so much character. We were primarily a group of architects and we couldn't get over how beautiful this house was. I would recommend this house to anybody looking for a great place to stay in New Orleans. It's close enough to everything, but also far enough away that you can break away and get some peace and quiet. Lee Ann is a great host who clearly has done this for a long time and knows her stuff. She is very responsive and was very flexible/accommodating to our group both checking in and checking out. Thanks again for an amazing stay, we've definitely created a lot of memories. This trip is definitely one we will remember forever <3

This is a beautiful mansion conveniently located in the arts district a 15 minute walk to the French Quarter. It is great for a large group as it really can sleep at least 20 and there is a large dining room, large living room and ample kitchen. My major issue was one shower was poorly designed and flooded the floor and the landlord told us not to use another as the water was leaking out a broken window (if you know it is broken, why don't you fix it). This left us down to 2 showers for 18 people.

This is hands down one of the best properties we've ever stayed in. We had a large group and this home felt like we had individuality as well as that family feel. All of the bedrooms are well appointed and stocked with everything you could need for your stay. PLENTY of everything. We never ran out of a clean towel or dish! The location is wonderful. Right in the middle of everything with lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is a parking garage right next door so that's not a problem either, and that's saying something for New Orleans.Definitely book this property!
