Not only was the building really beautiful, but our room itself was a really cute small double in the courtyard with an en-suite. It was clean and comfortable, had a powerful shower, a tv and kettle (biscuits and chocolate too), we had lovely soft bedding and pillows (hypoallergenic which was great).
The breakfast room was gorgeous too, from the beautiful teapots down to the nice wallpaper on the wall. The decor was really lovely.
We’d love to come back to stay in one of the other rooms, as we heard they are all have their own special style.

Nice people, fantastic breakfast, great shower. Excellent carpark facilities
A few things in the room were a little tired, advertised as five star but in reality the room we had was nearer 3 Star that said the positives would make me stay again

Room was upgraded, it was very comfortable and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was fab, with home made bread and endless decent coffee. Will definitely return. The bus to Oxford centre was really convenient & easy to walk to Summertown to eat in the evening.

Absolutely delicious breakfast. Excellent location. Fantastic front of house! Impressively clean!
Room was perhaps slightly small- but a small compromise to make for the other significant benefits!

The staff were excellent and the hotel location in relation to the centre of Oxford was ideal. The owner Nes made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us to ensure our stay was perfect.
Due to our late booking we had one of the smaller rooms but was sufficient for a one night stay. In future we will book well in advance and stay in one of the larger rooms in the main building.
