The view.
The wagon smelled bad, we were given one sleeping bag for 2 people on the big bed that had a stain on it. Bathroom- one shower stall was marked off not to use and one sink didn't work....so there was 1 shower, 1 sink and 2 toilets for at least 10 wagons+ all of the tipis

Beautiful scenery and I felt like I was on a family ranch. It was way fun! Don’t expect glamorous and cushy. The beds were comfy and we were plenty warm. It was definitely camping in comfort! It made me smile and feel warm and fuzzy. The food at the restaurant was tasty and staff was nice. Not over the top… but just right.

The morning staff was a delight, and the covered wagon was warm and cozy.
Figuring out the hot water in one of the shower houses was hard because of how the pump system works.

The cover wagon was roomy.
I booked a teepee. The bathroom was filthy, the sink was grime, it didn't have knobs, so the water ran continuously, it leaked on the floor, and since the guest shared bathrooms the the cowhands there was mud on the floor and horse crap . You should inspect your listening sometimes. And I was charged by you for linens that didn't need or approve.

It was a good location to see the grand Tetons and the tipis were cute and were comfy
the bathrooms never got clean we got there a Monday and left Friday and all that time it didn’t get cleaned could tell by wet paper towel that was there the night before.there was only one shower available every other one was outta order and toilet paper and paper towel wasn’t restocked and when it eventually did get more toilet paper and paper towel they didn’t put it in the holders which it would fall and get all wet from the flooded bathroom. When we went to check in the employees weren’t very welcoming either

Raft trip was fun for the whole family. We looked the wagon and dinner. The cook was fantastic and we loved the lady who drove the wagon. The whole experience was excellent!
The showers were in pretty bad shape

The staff.
It was a teepee on a dirt hill.

The wagons were so quirky and fun, heater meant we were warm and the view was amazing. Loved seeing the horse on the morning.
Staff very helpful- we came late from rodeo but they left everyone out for us.
Cleaning of the toilets could have been kept on top of more.
It does get cold but we were fine.

The location & views were fantastic. The horseback riding was so much fun! The kids (8 years old-24 years old) all loved sleeping in the covered wagon. Wonderful memories to last a lifetime!
Bathrooms could be updated. Need access to affordable food on the premises. A plain black coffee was 5 dollars.

The view was amazing. The experience of getting to sleep in a teepee or sheepwagon was also pretty cool. The staff that checked us in was very friendly, informative, and helpful. There were horses everywhere, and they seemed pretty happy and healthy.
We paid almost $300 for two nights, but the teepee was literally bare inside, aside from the cots, with a rock floor. Half the ties on the teepee to keep the door shut from wind or anything were torn off, so I couldn't even close the flap properly. We had access to shared restrooms and showers, but they were very dirty. Literal dirt on the toilets and mud on the floors of the shower. I understand that this is a pretty rugged place, so dirt and mud is to be expected, but it was there for the entirety of our stay, meaning they aren't getting cleaned even once daily. With the size of the property and the number of guests all using the same few restroom and shower facilities, I wouldn't think it far fetched to have them cleaned daily. If they are doing this (I saw teenage boys riding a side by side around the property with cleaning supplies) then they greatly need some direction and supervision. There was no community hang out spot... This wasn't necessarily advertised, but it was a little disappointing to head back to the area in the evening and there was nowhere to even sit on some lawn furniture to enjoy the sunset or watch the stars. There is a restaraunt area with some outdoor seating, but I assume if we aren't eating or drinking we probably shouldn't hang out there. The restaurant's food wasn't great, especially for the expensive price. The staff at said restaurant was pretty rude, and they didn't have half the menu (and it wasn't posted anywhere, so I'd decide on something only to find out they didn't have it). I finally settled on a grilled chicken sandwich (which wasn't even what I wanted, but they didn't have the other things I wanted and I'd already spent forever looking at the menu). It was supposed to come with avocado, and it didn't. No explanation was offered...

the experience of sleeping in wagons was fun and the view on grand Teton amazing.
the staff was not really nice.
Only 3 restrooms/shower (they are not separated you have one restroom with one shower) for too many people, and it was really dirty and most of the showers were broken.
the restaurant was really busy (they say that that have everything on site for you to eat) and what we ate that night was not complete cooked made it hard to digest.

Booking tried to contact the office for us, didn’t help. I tried to email, call wasn’t successfully either. This place is bad in customer service.
Management not responsive

The circle of wagons is really neat, and the view is rather stunning.
This place is a mess!!! Please read the whole review and save yourself. Checking in is difficult because you can not find the front desk easily. The women running the desk were complaining about the bookings and then talking about us. As I was filling out their paperwork. Which mostly if a Grizzley attacks you, they are not liable. But if a Grizzley attacks you and destroys their property, you are liable. Buffalo Valley and Hearr 6 are one property. The covered wagons are next to there over crowded horse pen. So all you smell is poo!! Just be aware it is shared ground. The community bathroom is a trailer that has 3 separate toliets with showers. This is shared with the ranch guest and those staying the night. Which is not a lot of toliets if you have a bathroom emergency. Second, the stairs that you must take to get into the bathroom are terrible. The wood is old, the stairs shift and move, and the steps themselves are uneven. There is a side rail but it does not feel safe. There is only 1 stall that has a sign that is male/female/handicapped. If a person suffers any mobility issues, they could not use any of the bathrooms. Locations of the toliets is near the entry way to those booking the horse trail and is quite the walk for most of the wagon lodging. Plus as others have said the bathrooms are disgusting and unkept. The wagon we slept in was kind of neat it is a ground mat on a wooden box frame. Same with the bunks. The lower bunk is built into the floor and the ladder up is near the zipper entrance on two little steps on the inside. It came with a thin sleeping bag and a stained pillows. You have to purchase linen which includes pillow cases, sheets and towels. I am not a city girl and I often rustic camp. The ifea of sleeping in a covered wagon is neat. But this place was not worth the money!!!!!!

It was a neat experience to sleep in a covered wagon, but I would never stay there again!!!
The horses and the way they were kept during the day was so sad there were so many horses in a single pen that they would fight every few minutes because of the close quarters. It was extremely sad. I attached a photo of how some of the horses the first full day there, and this was after a lot of the horses were taken out for trail rides, this picture is only maybe half of the horses that started out in these cramped quarters! these majestic animals had to stay in here all day every day, they were moved at night but they were here in the hot sun for hours they were packed into this pen every day fighting for space, it may not look like a lot but again this was after a lot of horses were taken out for trail rides and the ones remaining were still fighting for space!!!

I'm from the area but still had an amazing time being a tourist here. Gorgeous views. Great food. The nicest staff in the world. You can't beat the views for that price and cool experience to stay in a teepee. Tons of wildlife, horseback riding, fishing, rafting. And close to Yellowstone gate and Colters Bay.
Food is pricy for what you get. It taste really good, but it's too expensive and being 30 miles from Jackson you have no choice because you can't have food with you because of bears. Also be prepared to bring your own bedding including pillow. If they give you bedding you will get charged extra for one blanket, one towel and no pillow. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time and also to be prepared wirh bear spray.

It is in a beautiful location. It really is stunning.
Bathroom where dirty and in desperate need of repairs, floor was rotting out and when you showered in leak out underneath the building. The wagon we stayed in wasn't the cleanest and the canvas had hole above one of the bunks, it luckily didn't leak when it rained. Also there drive ways and parking areas have probably been re-graveled in years so when it rains it is extremely muddy. They don't allow you to cook on the property and the restaurant is expensive, plus they don't take cash, who the heck doesn't take cash. They also don't have huckleberry milkshakes even though it was on their menu. I think that's all but I'll probably remember more later.

The views were good. The distance to national parks was good
They really need to do something about the facilities. The restroom were filthy. The worst was 2 showers for all covered wagons.

The wagon was awesome! The food was incredibly good! Sounds, smells and views were exhilarating!
The bathrooms were rundown and floors even broken. Shower just sprayed all over the place. Only thing that was bothering us. Fix the bathroom and add a couple more. The place will be perfect!

This is in a great location and comparatively very cheap. We liked the feeling of camping where everything was arranged for us.
Since its inside a ranch, the place is a bit dirty and smelly. Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner.

We stayed in a wagon — totally amazing experience! Wagons were close to horse activities and views on Tetons are amazing. Staff super friendly and bar offers good choice of food and drink.
Flies are a bit of a pest — but spray and closing flaps keeps them in control

Good place to stay. Warm. Dry.
Bathrooms were crowded. Not all of them open. Had to wait 30+ mins to go the bathroom. Can’t cook on property but on the 6 heart’s property say people cook. Was frustrating.

A true ranch style stay! It is was you expect when booking at a ranch, the staff were extremely helpful and nice! Affordable
The only real problem was the wifi was hard to connect as being in the honeymoon suite and being farther away. The heater wasn’t working the best and the drain drained slowly but was explaining and apologized for the next day

I’m gonna rate this place a 5 because it don’t deserve the low rating!
Check-in was smooth, it was the same building as Heart-six ranch. The wagons do not have Teton views but it was much cheaper than staying in Jackson hole!
There was a heater in the wagon for the freezing Temperatures at night and the flaps at the front and back of the wagon to keep flies out if you ever decide to go during the summer. (There’s no AC)
The’s only 2 toilets with showers and the water is heated!
You would be near a bunch of horses but they were pleasant neighbours.
I would recommend this place for a memorable trip!
