Very good

The location was pleasant, situated in a peaceful area compared to busier spots. Although the place initially seemed a bit dated and confusing, the host was incredibly friendly. Despite our early arrival, she kindly allowed us to drop off our belongings and efficiently prepared the room. The bed provided comfort, and the highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast she served – easily one of the best breakfast experiences I've ever had.

A lovely stay in a beautiful B&B

The breakfast was gorgeous, with lovely fresh squeezed orange juice and greens from the garden. The owner is such a lovely, kind soul. The house itself is so unique, you definitely won't stay anywhere like it (in the best way possible), the location is also excellent, very short walk to a lovely street with a nice cafe selling lovely coffee and beautiful pastries. Also well located for walking to the city of Eindhoven.

Nothing bad to say about our experience, the stairs were quite steep if you have a mobility issue.

Great place to stay

Great reception by the Host, she makes you feel welcomed. She even offered me a glass of wine upon arrival. Excellent breakfast provided by the host.

Perfect stay, beyond my expectations.

Everything was just perfect, very good breakfast and according the need of every quest individual. Mrs. Nicolin is an amazing person, very nice and very polite. I realy like that, ready to help you every moment. The room was big and very comfortable... The house is at the heart of the city but at the same very quiet. Like a small paradise in the heart of the city. I definitely recommend the place.

We were looked after well. The neighbourhood is very accommodating towards visitors too.

The owner really looks after her guests. Her breakfasts were very filling and she is always offering coffee. On our last day, we were able to leave our bags and collect before travelling to the airport.

We liked everything.

Cute and cozy, the owner is personally creating your breakfast while you sit in the kitchen, the room is clean and close to the city.

The bathroom is shared, the house is a little old and therefore noise can be an issue. Also the house smells like there is being smoked inside.

The owner of this place is very kind and helpful. She prepares a very good breakfast and you can choose the menu. You can sit and eat in the nice terrace if the weather is fine. If you come tired you can drink cofee, tea and juice. It's nice to feel that you are an expected guest there. She will do a lot to help you. Localization is in the centre. There is a bus stop for buses to the airport only 900 metres from Smitstraat B&B. You can get a free map of the city. I recommend this place.
