Perfect hideaway after work. Easy parking. Wonderful hosts. Clean, welcoming. What’s not to like.
Nothing. It was ideal

The apartment is perfect. It has every detail covered, fully equipped, and the bed is comfortable. You have everything you might need during your stay. The hosts are incredibly supportive and helpful, and communication with them is fantastic. It's easy to get to and conveniently close to everything. Without a doubt, if we return to Winchester, we will stay here again.

The location is in within a short walking distance to the high street with all the historic locations to visit. It is also very close to eateries and bars and shops of all kind. The return walk is up hill and the pavements are not really wide enough for wheel chairs unless oncoming walkers stop or walk in road.
sometimes you cannot park immediately outside the location, but up the road a little and again the pavement is very narrow if using wheelchairs or pushchairs, however is passable again by walking in the street.

Very well equipped indeed.
Tge location for 2 people in their 70s!! Didnt realise it was such a steep hill walking back from town. Would be fine for younger people

This location is exactly what you need if you want to visit Winchester: well equipped, clean, calm, confortable, just 15 min walk from the centre town and easy to park (permit holder offers). Thanks Emma for your kindness.
Everything was perfect.

Great location. Short (but steep) walk in to city centre. Surprisingly well equipped kitchen and although the apartment was quite compact there was everything we could need for a long weekend. The bed was comfy, the wifi was good and there was a lot fitted into a small space without it looking cramped.
Nothing really. The en suite was very compact but very clean and had everything we needed. I think if there had been four of us it might have been a bit of a problem but it was fine for the two of us.

the little details considered, the space and facilities Really friendly, responsive helpful host
synthetic bedding (have talked with host)

Very comfortable bed
There needed to be a curtain over the entrance door to control draughts
The bathroom is extremely small
We could not use the hob as my husband has a pacemaker

Clean and provide lots of necessary things, such as cling flim, extra coffee capsules, etc.
Very friendly host.

The property was lovely and everything was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the fact that there was room to unpack and hang up clothes, and that the kitchen was well equipped. I would stay there again.
We needed a little more coffee. But everything else was great.

hosts were very quick with responses and were incredibly flexible when we needed to check out later on our last day.
4.5
Brilliant location, staff very accommodating and easy to contact.
4.0
Warm and cosy accommodation
As the accommodation fronts onto the road, there is some noise from passing traffic and pedestrians.
4.5
Lovely little flat, close to the centre of Winchester. The property managers were very responsive and flexible. I would gladly recommend
Living to sleep a bit more I would love to see some dram blinds instead of white ones as the room can get quite bright in the morning even with the blinds on

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and quiet . The parking voucher was very important and easy to use. We would recommend to others.
the on street parking was difficult
2.5
It was a good location. Everything else was slightly disappointing.
Listed as ground floor apartment but had 5 steps with no handrail to access the flat, followed by a step into the apartment. Bathroom was very small, you couldn't sit straight on the toilet. The sofa was uncomfortable (definitely an inadequate sofa bed which apparently was an extra option). There wasn't sufficient space to walk around the bed. The single glazing was a poor fit so it was drafty. The house it was part of was not sound proofed enough, them getting up for work woke us up every morning if the traffic or pedestrian noise through the poor glazing already hadn't already. I wouldnt recommend it.

Such a lovely apartment. The little extras made all the difference, things like plenty of hand sanitiser, clean masks, shower gel etc. The kitchen was so well equipped, there was everything you need!

Location was excellent and the bed was comfortable.
It was a small apartment with an extremely small bathroom that had a smell of mildew (evident on the ceiling). While there was tea and coffee provided, empty salt & pepper containers was disappointing as this isn't a big extra cost but appreciated when staying in a place with a kitchen provided.

everything was fine except the weather.Didn't expect to need heating in may but it was very good.
Parking was appreciated

Decent size, reasonably well equipped and comfy, only 10 mins walk to Winchester city centre (though quite a hill!).
Very ordinary decor - no real character. Some kitchen facilities not good (violently spraying tap, glitchy coffee machine, hopeless grater).
4.5
Convenient for the town and visiting family
The steep walk up the hill from the town !
5.0
Lovely apartment, the owners have clearly invested and taken pride in it. Lovely modern kitchen, very well equipped. Great bathroom, luxurious shower and even the details like nice thick towels for when you get out! Super clean and really well-thought out use of space. I was isolating and studying online and the wifi was speedy and held out well.
