We would definitely stay here again!

We were happy with the breakfast and the staff were lovely. The room was comfortable and we loved the decor. Excellent location.

Not really a complaint, but the towels in the bathroom did seem as if they were getting a bit old and could be replaced.

Hôtel cosy charmant

Un hôtel plein de charme avec un petit salon cosy où l'on peut prendre à toute heure du thé, du café. Nous avons eu une belle chambre ( la marine je crois).Le personnel de l'hôtel est très aimable, merci à Carole pour ses petites attentions. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Accueil poli et chaleureux, beaux espaces communs, excellent petit déj., emplacement idéal

Le lit double était confortable, mais nous aurions préféré un lit queen.

Bellissima casa arredata con gusto in posizione tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro. Deliziosa e molto pulita la stanza che ci hanno assegnato. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla ricca e golosa colazione servita nella bellissima sala adibita: prodotti sia dolci che salati di qualità eccellente venivano continuamente riforniti dal personale. Molto gradita, inoltre, la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente, a qualsiasi ora, di bevande calde. Un grazie particolare a Frederic che ci ha risolto in un lampo un piccolo problema. Rapporto qualità /prezzo eccezionale

A homely and welcoming boutique hotel

Interesting old style decoration and furnishings, excellent buffet continental breakfast, relaxed atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff, 24 hour refreshments in lounge

Location not really Downtown but easy access by ten minute walk to Metro made up for that

Parfait!

Hôtel de style très bien situé pour visiter le centre. On y est en 20 min à pieds et autant pour aller au Mont Royal. Tout le personnel est accueillant et très prévenant, toujours souriant. On s'y sent comme chez soi! Le petit déjeuner est au top et servi dans une très jolie salle. Beaucoup de choix : le pain, les viennoiseries et gâteaux sont excellents et varient d'un jour à l'autre. Le petit plus : on peut boire un café ou un thé gratuitement à toute heure de la journée. On nous a conseillé de très bonnes adresses à proximité de l'hôtel pour déjeuner ou diner.

Breakfast was great. The common areas were lovely. A small outside seating area under a huge shade tree was lovely. The staff were terrific - able to advise, called us taxis, welcomed us to relax in the lounge and have coffee and pastries which were still being served when we arrived to drop off our luggage before our rooms were ready.

I liked everything!

Montreal townhouse, obwohl an stark befahrener Strasse, gut geschlafen. Sehr nettes Personal, frühstücksbuffet. In der Nähe von belebter Umgebung. (Boulevard st.laurent)

Un manoir atypique en ville

Bien situé pour permettre la visite du mont royal et le vieux Montréal. Atypique dans son style ancien.personnel de bon conseil.dejeuner continental avec viennoiseries. Possibilité de profiter du salon pour prendre thé ou café à toute heure. Bons conseils par message avant l'arrivée pour indiquer les différentes modalités d'acces: taxi, bus.... Grande salle de bain.

Il m'anquerait un petit frigo dans la chambre.

Hôtel très confortable et très bien situé

Hôtel parfaitement situé (10 mn à pieds du centre-ville) très propre. Le personnel était très accueillant, très sympathique et très dévoué (suggestion de lieux à visiter, demande quotidienne sur le besoin de faire la chambre ou si nous avions besoin de serviette supplémentaire, gel douche, shampoing). Très bon petit-déjeuner.

La salle de bain était très propre mais nécessiterait un rafraîchissement.

Solo la colazione

Le immagini della camera su Booking non rispecchiano la realtà. Siamo finiti in un sottoscala, senza poter aprire la finestra. Letti e cuscini scomodissimi. Abbiamo chiesto la stessa sera di cambiare stanza e non ci hanno accontentati. Non abbiamo fatto foto perché l’unica cosa che volevamo era fuggire.

Bom para um fim-de-semana

Pequeno almoço bem completo. Localização espetacular, perto de tudo no centro.

Apesar de já saber, torna-se bastante incomodativo a falta de elevador. Porém os funcionários mostram-se disponíveis a ajudar.

Séjour parfait et mémorable au cœur de Montréal

La chambre était simplement magnifique! Les boiseries, le mobilier, c'était incroyable. Cet établissement est à juste titre un "manoir'! Sinon la chambre était confortable et organisée de façon pratique. Belle vue depuis la fenêtre. Le déjeuner offert était très bien également. Le staff était gentil. On a vraiment apprécié ce séjour!

Rien du tout. L'expérience était parfaite!

Très déçues par la chambre

Accueil , gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel au top. Petit déjeuner parfait et boissons chaudes à disposition toute la journée . Le salon est très agréable et chaleureux

Chambre en sous sol pas du tout à la hauteur des photos du site. Aucun charme lit double ok et banquette avec matelas se séparant en deux parties. Très bruyant car donnant sur le boulevard et mal insonorisé ( douche du voisin à 5h!!!)

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, attention to detail, beautiful and delicious breakfast.

Although sufficient, I don't like that there was only a wool blanket and not a 'normal' bedcover.

Great, comfortable hotel close to a central metro station

Location is good, relatively central and close to a metro station serving several lines. Old Québec and Mont Royal are in 30min walking distance. Room was very comfy and the bathroom is great.

The breakfast was a little small. Moreover, the room did not contain any desk, which I found a little unusual. The TV remote did not work.

Friendly staff and good breakfast

Nice breakfast. Yogurt, fresh fruit, croissants, hardy breads, tea, coffee and hard boiled eggs. Tremendous staff.

Our bathroom door rubbed on floor but it was no big deal

Emplacement idéal, personnel aux petits soins et très souriant. La salle du petit déjeuner est très ensoleillée, on peut y rester travailler si l'on veut. Un petit charme désuet - surtout ne changez pas cela, c'est ce qui donne toute son individualité à votre établissement.

Chauffage défectueux dans ma chambre - comme me l'a dit le lendemain matin la personne à l'accueil, j'aurais dû demander que quelqu'un intervienne, mais il était très tard et je voulais me coucher. Si cela vous arrive, n'hésitez pas à prévenir, le personnel est très réactif.

Nice stay!

All the staff are welcoming and nice. It’s our first time visiting Montreal. Carol(not sure about the spelling sorry) taught us how to buy weekly pass for the bus and subway, and also gave us advice on nice places to visit. They also helped us book taxi to airport. Breakfast is good. The hotel is cozy and warm, easy to get to anywhere by bus or subway. Nice stay! Thank you all!

Le personnel très gentil et disponible, la propreté des lieux, le déjeuner était parfait, beaucoup de choix. Belle ambiance en général!

Un petit frigo dans notre chambre aurait été pratique. L’endroit n’est pas très insonorisé! Mais on s’y attendait!

Localisation Gentillesse du personnel Viennoiseries excellentissimes Salle de petit-déjeuner très cosy utilisable pour boissons chaude en libre service dans la journée Superficie des chambres Literie excellente Sanitaires douche et toilette impeccables (dans la 2eme chambre!) Geste commercial suite aux nombreux problèmes rencontrés(!)

Entretien de la chambre (Nettoyage et fonctionnement) totalement à revoir!!! -Gros pb de chauffage résolu au bout de 3 j avec chauffage d’appoint -siège we descellé -longs cheveux noirs trouvés à plusieurs reprises sur et sous les oreillers!! -«petit visiteur» de passage dans la chambre via les grilles d’aération Changement de chambre en cours de séjour: -Là encore, cheveux retrouvés niveau oreillers!!!!! -serviette retrouvée coincée derrière radiateur près de la fenêtre -lavabo ridiculement petit a tel point que se laver les mains implique de toucher la bonde du lavabo ☹️ -coulures de dentifrice tout le long du lavabo Et Absence d’eau FROIDE à ce «lavabo»!!!!!!!: apparemment problème connu pour cette chambre (n 6) qui sera à résoudre en décembre m’a-t-on dit!!!!!!!
