It was good, comfortable and cozy.
I liked that it felt like a home and less like a hotel.
We found a spider, also the closet that had mirrors were hanging so it felt like we had to be careful if we wanted to open it.

No good at all!
Only good thing was the location.
The place is definitely not comfortable for more than 3 people, pictures are by far way better than the actual place, beds are extremely basic and sounds awful, mattresses very uncomfortable, pillows too big and fluffy, if you need to turn te the light in the bedroom on you have to move an ugly closet right in front of the switch, two of the lights in the dining room are not working, the sliding door in the bedroom doesn’t work properly, there’s an ugly “danger” sign right besides one of the beds because they closed the balcony in order to make space for another bed in the same room…and plus all of that was very hard for me to get the “checking info”, I sent them emails twice asking for that and they got back to me saying other stuff but nothing about the info, but I got instead when we were leaving an email “suggesting” a tip for the cleaners, one of my friends got the “checking info” by someone there after a while waiting outside, till now I never got the email with that info and to make the situation even “better” I sent an email to see if they were a bit flexible with the “checking out” and it was denied, again…the place is not set properly for more than 3 people. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! I added some pics about what I’m talking about.

Convenient location but do not recommend for families with children
The unit itself was well-kept and spacious for our family of 4 plus a baby. The shower was my favourite part and it was convenient having a washer/dryer unit.
The location - whilst convenient - was not great considering we have a baby. It’s really not an area where I felt safe. When we arrived at the unit, there was toothpaste smeared all over the keypad so I had to wipe off all of it before being able to key in the code. It felt like every block had a group of people huddling and doing drugs. Our car was damaged overnight during the first night we stayed. People overnight had taken stones and smashed the top of our car and scratched our windows. We were lucky to not have to deal with a shattered window, but it was still a crappy experience. If you’re arriving in Montreal without a car and you don’t have children, then I’d say it’s fine.

Excellent place to start the year in Montreal!
We stayed in apartment 1303 (on the ground floor) for 4 nights, welcoming 2024 there. The place is small but adequate for 3 people, I think it would be very fair for 4, especially because of the second bed that is in the small living room. The kitchen as well as its equipment is excellent! All the details of a real kitchen are planned. There is soap and sponge, there are paper towels, there is a dish towel, as well as all the equipment necessary for everyday cooking. In addition, the complimentary coffee, as well as condiments, oil, salt and sugar, were very useful. Although the space on the counter seems small, we had no problem preparing our meals. For the activities we did, the location was excellent, and the area was very quiet, although there were homeless people in the surrounding area, you also saw it in other parts of Montreal, and also in Toronto. The next thing we want to share are details but for us they were important.
he bathroom extractor fan was very loud, and there was no chance it wouldn't turn on, there is a single switch in the bathroom that activates the light and the extractor fan. You can hear everything from the apartments above, the talk, the walking, the shower, the cistern. If you happen to be “good neighbors,” as luckily we were, this is not a problem at all. Opening the sofa bed is not easy because it takes up the entire room (you have to move the armchair and table towards the dining area to be able to transform the sofa into a bed) and then there is no space to move around the room. Both the sheets and the towels are dark, so you can't really appreciate their cleanliness. Plus the sheets were made of pure polyester so sparks flew every time you turned, Montreal is very dry. But as we mentioned above, they are just details, the stay was great.
